Aya Brea The heroine of Parasite Eve II. The previous NYPD officer now works at FBI's Mitochondria Investigation and Suppression Team (MIST), hunting for the creatures. She is now 27, but because of the special mitochondral activies in her body, she looks younger. No.9 A masked man who tries to kill Aya. Both No. 9 and Eve are strangers in the game. Kyle Madigan Age 29, Kyle claims himself as a 'private investigator.' Nothing is know about him. He acts like a jerk. Pierce Carradine A 25 year old techie guy who is in charge of MIST's communications and trainings. He is sometimes too curious that he even goes into the center of a battlefiled unarmed, to fulfill his curiousity. Eve Eve is a cute little girl created with Aya's DNA (so Eve is a clone of Aya in PE2). Rupert Broderick Rupert, 38 years old, used to be a friendly clark working in a shop. However, after he lost his family during the New York incident, he joined MIST and wages a personal war against the mitochondrian creatures. Gary Douglas The sole survivor in the town of Dryfield (along with his dog). He is a gun collector and helps Aya in a various of ways. Jodie Bouquet The firearms manager of MIST.
