| Axl Rose Ready To Release LP. Wildman Axl Rose is laying down the finishing touches to the long-awaited Guns N' Roses album, "Chinese Democracy." The LP - the first from the revamped band, whose only original members are Axl Rose & Dizzy Reed, will be Guns N' Roses first in 13 years. | NEWS UPDATE: DECEMBER 16th, 2003. Guns N' Roses are confirmed to be the Headliner at Rock In Rio - Lisbon Festival on March 30th, 2004. On the Second night of the 5 Day event is when the band will take stage.
