- Sift dry ingredients into a mixing bowl.
- Combine beaten egg and milk, then add oil.
- Add to dry ingredients and stir until dry ingredients are barely
moistened.
- Stir in blueberries.
- Fill greased muffin tins half full with batter.
- Bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Muffins Without Blueberries
- Use 1/2 C more milk and omit blueberries.
