DH, In responce to your post you need to get on the IV-D program in your county. They should be able to track down your ex and start enforcement procedures. Check under our state information page for the laws in your state. There should be a link for UIFSA la s in your state. Also check the federal information page and look at the title IV-D code of federal regulations, these tell you what your local IV-D office can and cannot do. My ex-husband had court ordered child support in North Caolina. the New order was effective 12/06. Now have learned that he has not paid any child support from the old order since 11/22/99. He has left rmployment in North Carolina and I believe has mov d to Nevada. What can I do to have the support order enforced? Thanks

Hi, I'm very impressed! I am a relatively new user of the internet and the board where we "met" was the first time I had ever used this kind of service. What I really like about your site is that your aim is more to give concrete help to people than some of the other sites I've seen. It is very understandable that people need to vent or complain or share gripes, but your focus here seems to be on providing solid information to people in need. Very informative. I hope the discussion fourm does not deteriorate into online fights between CP and CNP as I have seen other boards.
