HOSPITALITY SUITE
The Central Arizona DX Association will host a hospitality suite at the Holiday Inn on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday beginning at 4 PM until ??  Join them for a little socializing.
 

LADIES' RETREAT
A Ladies' Retreat will be set up in the Holiday Inn Conference Room on Friday, and Saturday 9 AM - 4 PM and Sunday - 9 AM - 11 AM.
 

GRAND CANYON RAILWAY TRIP
Tamara of the Railside RV Resort has agreed to be our host for a trip on the Grand Canyon Railroad.  The trip is tentatively scheduled for Monday, July 5.  A private car, meal and transportation will be included in the all day excursion.  Price per person will depend upon the number of reservations, but will be a big savings over the individual cost.  To reserve your spot, call Tamara at 928-635-4077.
 

STAR PARTY
A Star Party will be held at the Railside RV Resort on Friday, July 2 at 8:00 PM.  Lowell Observatory from Flagstaff will be setting up several telescopes for viewing the night sky.  There will be a nominal charge per person for this event.  Call Tamara at 928-635-4077 for details and reservations.
 

ARCA BARBEQUE DINNER
The annual ARCA Barbeque will be held at 6:30 PM on Saturday, July 3 at the Railside RV Resort.  Menu includes:  Chicken Breast, Beef Brisket Slices, Cowboy Beans, Baked Potato, Cole Slaw and Peach Cobbler.  Coffee and Tea will also be provided.  Visit the ARCA table in the main hall for dinner tickets.
