Lord, why have I been forgotten?
Does anyone even care?
I didn't come here 'cause I wanted to.
I came to serve my country, whom I love.
Now I'm in a country far from family and friends.
All alone wondering when I can go home
Why has my country forgotten me,
left me so long ago.
I REMEMBER MY MOM, and DAD,
MY BROTHER AND SISTER,
I REMEMBER MY FRIENDS, AND TEACHERS,
I EVEN REMEBER THE GUY AT THE STORE.
I RMEMBER WHY I CAME.
Why Then Lord did my country
NOT REMEBER ME?
