Having worked in this field since 1999, I am well aware of the large variety of benefits that massage offers. Whether it's a relaxing Swedish Massage - designed to release the stress of a difficult day, or Lymphatic Drainage - intended to remove toxins from the body - massage truly does remarkable things for the mind and body.
My techniques are based on holistic therapy principles,
utilizing not only massage, but also the energetic flow around the physical body to produce therapeutic results. My approach to healing supports the mind, the spirit and the body in an integrated healing session.
I am trained in a large variety of modalities, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trance Massage, Sports Massage, Myofacial Release, Aromatherapy, Pregnancy Massage, Reflexology, Lymphatic Drainage and Shaitsu.
As an endless student of the healing arts, I am always adding new techniques, styles and methods to the services I offer my clients.
I have an office inside Warner Center Chiropractic as well as a home based office in Agoura Hills. In addition, I do offer services in the homes of my established clients.
