London, UK – In what amounts to a southern man’s best-ever dream, two English Caucasians have been awarded money for being racially humiliated by their black, female manager. The former Lambeth Council employees, who quit in frustration, have settled out of court for a few thousand Pound Sterling each.
“It was bloody awful,” whined Ian Short, 47, one of the two successful complainants. “They made us fetch coffee and never invited us to any of their clothing parties or Tupperware get-togethers.”
“How could you expect us to work in conditions like that?” questioned James Monaghan, the other “embarrassed” former-employee, rather limp-wristedly. “I almost got to the point where I was going to have to stomp into her office and insist that we be allowed to join her Oprah book -reading club. I found it completely humiliating but now that I have some quid, I can buy and read any of Oprah’s books that I want!”
When contacted in his new digs in Heaven, Martin Luther King Jr. who could barely be heard over the rap music pounding out in the background. reiterated, “I had a dream but I never figured it would come to this! Former Council Manager Ugbechie is to be congratulated for being the first black woman to put “whitey” in his place. The fact that it was a male is even more encouraging.”
Debora Ugbechie was unavailable for comment as she was in transit to Chicago for an appearance on the Oprah Show.
