Everyone love an E-Pal
1. Students begin by writing a story or some sort of essay.
2. Students proceed to type their 1st draft into the computer to be edited by their E-Pals
3. This paper is then sent by email to an E-Pal at some other school in the country.
4. The E-Pal will then read the paper and edit the paper, and add comments to the paper that the student can then use later when revising the paper.
5. Students will also be receiving copies of their E-Pal’s work that will need to be edited and sent back with comments..
6. Some of the editing could be done through Internet chat, that way the students could actually have a real-time conversation about the editing.
7. Students will then make the changes they like and send the final draft back to their E-Pal.
8. When stories are done, they will be shared with the rest of the class too.
