I guess most of you know this band from Austria as “Das schachbrett...” is already their 3rd album (plus a split CD with Amestigon). This is also the album that closes the “Russian” trilogie: eight charming songs with a sublime combination of folklore, classical and avantgardish elements and instruments together with deep and wise theatrical voices. It’s impossible to don’t be touched by their eccentricity as in the "bizarre" "Scheittenfahrt mit einer lodenpuppe". Angizia play exceptional music taken elements from folklore therefore notes endure the text of time!
