GODKILLER "The end of the World" (MON) (1998) [WOUNDED LOVE REC.].
From the little and rich principality of Monaco arrives to us a new jewel through the Italian label Wounded Love rec. This is the first full-length of Godkiller, a solo project of Duke Satanäel, that this time leaves the medieval atmospheres of the previous "The rebirth of the middle Age" (even though it still reminds me something of ancient) to employ more detached and modern means of torture: of course he employ more "electronic" atmospheres but what I've found really interesting is the ability to create a link between past and future… the end of the World?!? Maybe Godkiller tries to prepare us about this with its freezing notes of obscure black metal.
