The first highrise to
be constructed in 12 years for downtown Dayton. Although original
designs called for the tower to be 27 floors at about 360ft. This
has been scaled down 18 floors at 280ft. due to funding problems
and the drop of the hotel portion of the tower. However the
Schuster Center still promises to be a hit with Dayton and is
hailed as the focal point of the downtown revitalization effort. |
