We spent four days in Whistler/Blackcomb and were blessed with the
best weather anyone can ask for. However, it also meant it didn't snow
and the resort had to generate their own snow the entire time. Regardless,
as long as you stayed in the upper mountain, the skiing was as good
as any other resort.
Accomodation was at the Glacier Reach condos in Village North which
was cheaper than Whistler Village itself and only a short, pleasant
15 minute walk to the base.

Pictures from Whistler/Blackcomb.
1. Halfway up Blackcomb looking at Whistler.
2. The Blackcomb Glacier, located at the backside of the mountain.
You get there via the Showcase T-bar and a vigorous 15 minute hike.
It's worth it.
3. Top of the Cruiser Run (Blackcomb).
4. Just when you thought you've come to the end of the Blackcomb glacier,
you make a left turn and there's more to go. The bottom half of the
glacier is flatter, so gather your speed here otherwise you'll be poling
for about a hundred yards...not fun for snowboarders.
5. Top of Blackcomb looking at Whistler. (7th Heaven Express). You
can get your picture taken here by staff and preview it back at the
lodge.
6. Top of the Jersey Cream Run (Jersey Cream Express. Blackcomb)
7. Top of the Harmony Express (Whistler) looking at Blackcomb. Harmony
is probably the most popular slopes on Whistler.
