The General Membership meeting is once per quarter 6 - 8 pm. The "Second" Tuesday of the month is for committee meetings. Because of the demand on facilities, the meeting location may change from time to time. The location of the meeting will be posted outside on the Band room door.
The executive Board meets on the First Tuesday of the month. Please contact a member of the Executive Board to bring a motion, concern or great suggestion to that meeting. Committee "Chairs" attend the Executive Board Meetings as needed. With you help, we will reach our goal of more parents involved and shorter General Meetings.
