Steve and Dylan are in Dylan's Hotel room
watching Jeopardy and while Dylan gets something to drink Steve begins
channel surfing and comes upon a newscast about an emergency landing at LAX
and Steve notices a guy who is a striking resemblance to Dylan's dad, Jack
McKay. Steve tells Dylan to check it out and he is totally blown away by the
resemblance. They decide to got to the airport and get no answers from the
clerk so Dylan decides to look up Christine, his father's FBI girlfriend
when he died. When he can't remember her name he goes to his storage locker
to find out that it has rummaged through since the last time he was there.
Luckily, he remembers on his own her last name and goes to see her.
Christine tells him that they had nothing to do with the break-in at his
storage facility and that it was not his father he saw on TV. With help from
Kelly, Dylan gets a list of the passengers on the flight and after much
searching he tells Steve he has figured out which passenger is his father,
Eddie Waitkus, the real name of a character in a book he and his
father used to read together. |
