| 1. For each course eligibility has been prescribed separately.
              Eligibility can be relaxed by the Governing Body of AHS in
              meritorious cases. Each case has to be put to the Governing Body
              separately.
 
 2. Prospectus can be had from the office of AHS or its affiliated
              centres from anywhere in India or abroad on payment of Rs.25 (US $
              2).
              Prospectus includes the Application Form.
 
 3. Application Form should be accompanied by Attested copy of the
              Certificate of Minimum Qualification, Attested copy of date of
              birth proof (Higher Secondary / Matric certification, Ration Card,
              Passport, Election Card etc.) and 2 Passport size photographs.
 
 4. Application Form can be submitted to the office of AHS directly
              or to any of its affiliated centres.
 
 5. Application Form should be submitted 30 days in advance of any
              particular exam, as per notified exam schedule.
 
 6. Students will not be permitted to appear in any exam if the
              Application Form is received late, i.e. after the last date of
              submission of form as mentioned in 13 below. However, he will be
              considered for appearing in the exam in the next session.
 
 7. Medium for all courses is English/Hindi.
 
 8. Students can appear in as many courses as they want at a time.
 
 9. The candidates qualified in any other system of medicine (Allopathy,
              Ayurveda, Homoeopathy, Unani, Siddha) from any government
              recognised body/agency and registered in any state or Central
              Government may appear in the final year of Diploma/Post graduate
              Diploma/Advance Diploma, as the case may be, directly on their
              submitting attested copies of relevant testimonials.
 
 10. Minimum pass marks are 40%. In case of failure, students shall
              have to pay full fee again for re-appearing in exam.

              11. 90% attendance is compulsory for all students (for Regular
              Courses).
 12. Payment of fee in time is responsibility of the candidate,
              failing which the name of the candidate may be struck of from the
              rolls of the student for the rest of the session, with no refund
              of the fee already paid.
 
 13. Fee for late submission of Application Form is Rs.25 (upto 15
              days in advance of any particular exam, as per notified exam
              schedule).
 
 14. Fee once paid is neither refundable nor adjustable in any
              circumstances. AHS will not be responsible for any change in
              circumstances of family economic conditions or conflicts, disputes
              or decision to discontinue the study or any other reason.
 
 15. The student may indicate the choice of his centre but AHS
              reserve the right to direct the student to any other centre. In
              case, the student himself wishes to change the centre, he should
              apply to AHS or its affiliated centre, (where the Application Form
              was submitted), as the case may be, 30 days before the exam with a
              fee of Rs.25. AHS reserve the right to accept/reject the
              application.
 
 16. If the information given by the candidate is found incorrect
              or false at any stage, his candidature will be rejected and
              Diploma withdrawn by a notice to him.
 
 17. Exams will be managed by an Examination Board of AHS and
              students will submit themselves to the disciplinary jurisdiction
              of this Board.
 
 18. All classes will be conducted at the office of AHS or its
              affiliated centres or any other place so notified by AHS or its
              centre. Detailed schedule for each course will be given to the
              students at the time of admission.
 
 19. AHS reserve the right to change, amend or modify the rules and
              regulations regarding examinations at any time without any notice
              to the students.
 
 20. Right of admission is reserved by AHS.
 
 21. Jurisdiction area will be within National Capital Region of
              Territory of Delhi.
