2 ounces pineapple juice
1 ounce orange juice
1 ounce sweet and sour mix
Soda water
Pour first three ingredients over crushed ice in a working mixer.
Pour into a soda glass, top with soda water.

8 cups hot water
1-1/2 cups sugar
4 cups cranberry juice
3/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup lemon juice
12 whole cloves,OPTIONAL
1/2 Cup red-hot candies
In a 5 quart slow cooker,combine water,sugar,and juices;stiruntil
sugar is dissolved.If desired,place cloves in a double thicknes of
cheesecloth,bring up corners of cloth adnt ie with string to form a
bag.Add spice bag and red hots to slow cooker.Cover and cook on low
for 2-3 hrs.or till heated through.Before serving,discard spice bag
and stir the punch.Yield:31/2 quarts.
Christmas Wassail
You will need:
1 gallon apple cider, divided
1 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp ground allspice
1 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 6-oz can of frozen lemonade, thawed
1 6-oz can frozen orange juice, thawed
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
Combine 2 cups apple cider and spices in a large dutch oven; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 mins. Add remaining cider and other ingredients and heat until very hot...do not boil. Yeild: 4 1/2 qts
Cranberry brunch punch
4 Cups cranberry juice

1 tsp.almond extract

Basic Egg Nog
· 6 eggs
· 1 cup sugar
· 1/2 teaspoon salt
· 1 pint half and half cream
· 1 pint milk
· Nutmeg
In a large bowl, beat eggs until light and foamy. Add sugar and salt, beating until thick and lemon colored Stir in cream, and milk Chill at least three hours Serve with a sprinkle of nutmeg

Orange Non-alcoholic Eggnog Float
4 eggs
6 tablespoons sugar
5 1/2 cups fresh orange juice, chilled
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 quart vanilla ice cream
1 quart ginger ale, chilled
Beat the eggs and the sugar until light (no separation necessary here). Stir in the orange and the lemon juice. Place small scoops of ice cream in the punch bowl. Pour the ginger ale against the sides (inside, of course) of the bowl (this is done to preserve as much of the carbonation as possible). Add the orange juice picture slowly, stirring gently. Serve immediately. This will make about 30 servings.
Basic Non-Alcoholic Egg Nog
is another nog useful for inclusion in other recipes.
Basic Non-alcoholic Eggnog
12 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 quart cream
to taste vanilla
dash of nutmeg
Separate eggs at room temp. Beat yolks till creamed with about half of sugar, whites till peaked then add other half of sugar. Beat cream till stiff. Then fold all together. Add vanilla to taste - but remember that a little bit of vanilla goes a long way.
Place into containers keep in refrigerator for at least one day. Shake before serving.
Eggless Egg Nog
is for those worried about cholesterol and other health matters.
Eggless Eggnog
8 cups milk
1 3 oz package of French Vanilla Instant pudding
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp of nutmeg
In a large bowl, mix the pudding with 1 cup of the milk. When pudding is formed, add in the remaining ingredients and mix very well. Chill.

1 Quart Cold Prepared Fruit Drink
8 Glasses
Straws
Strawberry Yogurt Drink
1 c Sliced strawberries
1/2 c Low-fat yogurt
1/2 Banana
3 Ice cubes
Strawberries for garnish
Combine the sliced strawberries, yogurt, banana, and ice cubes in a blender. Process until smooth. Pour into glasses and garnish
each serving with a strawberry.
Irish Creme Beverage Mix
1 1/2 c Powdered sugar
1/2 c Irish cream liqueur
1/2 c Vanilla ice cream; softened
1/4 c Margarine or butter; softend
1 ts Cinnamon
In blender or food processor with metal blade, combine
all ingredients. Cover; blend at medium-low speed
until smooth. Pour into freezer container. Freeze at
least several hours before using. To serve, stir 2
level tsp of mix into 6 oz hot coffee. Mix can be
stored in freezer for several months. Makes 1-2/3 cups
mix.
