Crockpot Cheesy Chicken
Ingredients:
6 Chicken breast (boneless & skinless)
Salt and pepper to taste
garlic powder to taste
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can cheddar cheese soup
Directions:
Rinse chicken and sprinkle with salt,pepper and garlic powder.
Mix undiluted soup and pour over chicken in the crock pot.
Cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
Serve over rice or noodles.brown.
Remove from cookie sheets to cool on wire racks.
Polynesian Crockpot Spareribs
3-4 lbs pork spareribs
5 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
1 cup chicken broth
Place ribs in the bottom of your slow cooker. Mix remaining
ingredients and pour over ribs. Cover and and cook on low for
8 - 9 hours. If the ribs are fatty boil for 5 minutes before placing
in slow cooker.
All-Day Crockpot Beef
1 1/2 pounds Beef, *stew or roast beef
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 package onion soup mix
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon A-1 steak sauce
3 large carrots, sliced
2 large celery stalks, sliced
1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
1 medium onion
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup tomato juice
* Use any cut of beef roast desired.
Cut beef into serving-sized portions. Brown beef in a bit of
vegetable oil, in a large skillet. Meanwhile, slice onion and
separate into rings.
Dice the peeled carrots, dice the celery and slice the peppers into
thin strips or circles. Place these into the bottom of crockpot.
Sprinkle the beef pieces with fresh ground black pepper, minced
garlic and the onion soup mix. Place on top of the vegetables. Mix
the steak sauce and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl with about
1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup tomato juice. Pour this over the meat. Turn
the crockpot to high for 30 minutes, then turn to low, cover and cook
for 7-9 hours.
Freezer directions:
Cut and brown beef as directed above, then cool.
Place beef into a large zip baggie. Add all other ingredients to
baggie, label and freeze for up to six months. The day before you
wish to cook this, remove from freezer and thaw overnight in
refrigerator, then place into crockpot next morning and cook as
directed above.
Cheesy Crockpot Chicken
2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Place chicken breasts in the crockpot. Mix the undiluted soups
together with the garlic powder and pour over chicken. Cover and cook
on low 6 to 8 hours, until chicken is tender.
Serve with the delicious sauce over rice or noodles.
Cranberry Pot Roast
Makes 6-8 servings.
1 (2 1/2- to 3-lb.) lean boneless pork loin roast, or rib roast.
1 (16)-oz.) can whole-berry cranberry sauce
1/3 cup port, red wine or cranberry juice
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 small lemon, thinly sliced
1/3 cup golden seedless raisins
1 large clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons diced candied ginger
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
3 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons cold water
Cooked rice
Place pork roast in a 3 1/2-quart slow cooker. In a medium bowl,
combine cranberry sauce, port, wine, or juice, and sugar. Stir in
lemon, raisins, garlic, ginger, mustard, salt, and pepper. Pour over
roast. Cover and cook on LOW 6 to 7 hours or until meat is 170F
(75C) on an instant-read thermometer. Remove roast from slow
cooker; cover with foil to keep it warm. Measure 3 cups of
cooking juices and pour into a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil
over medium-high heat. In a cup, dissolve cornstarch in cold water.
Stir into saucepan. Cook, stirring, until thickened. Slice roast;
serve with sauce and rice.
Crockpot Chicken & Dressing
Any chicken parts you want to use
1 box of bread dressing (stuffing mix)
1 can of chicken broth
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 soup can milk
Put everything in the crockpot. Put on low before you go to work. Eat
when you get home.
Crockpot Chicken and Herb Dumplings
3 pounds chicken
salt and pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon powdered marjoram
1/4 teaspoon powdered thyme
1 bay leaf
1 cup dairy sour cream
1 cup packaged biscuit mix
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
6 tablespoons milk
10 small white onions
Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper, place in crock pot. Insert
cloves in one onion. Put all onions into pot. Add garlic, marjoram,
thyme, bay leaf and wine. Cover and cook on low 5 to 6 hours. Remove
bay leaf and cloves. Stir in sour cream. Increase heat to high and
combine biscuit mix with parsley. Stir milk into biscuit mix until
well moistened. Drop dumplings from teaspoon around edge of pot.
Cover and cook on high for 30 minutes.
Crockpot Chicken and Noodles
4 chicken breasts boned
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup flour
8 ounce sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 package noodles cooked
Preparation
Remove bone from chicken breasts and cut into strips. Place in bottom
of crockpot. Combine soups, sugar and garlic powder. Pour over
chicken. Cover and cook on high 3-4 hours or low 7-9 hours. Combine
flour and sour cream and stir into cooked chicken mixture. Continue
cooking 25-30 minutes or until thickened. Serve over hot lightly
buttered noodles.
Crockpot Chicken Cacciatore
Ingredients
14 ounces tomato sauce -- small can
10 ounces fresh mushrooms -- sliced
Italian seasoning
6 chicken breast halves without skin
1/4 cup red wine
8 ounces pasta -- cooked
garlic powder -- optional
Spray crockpot liner with non-stick cooking spray for easy clean-up.
Place chicken in crockpot. Sprinkle generously with seasoning. Put
mushrooms on top of chicken. Pour in tomato sauce and wine. Cook on
low for about 5 hours. If dish will not be served until later, remove
chicken and refrigerate. You can let sauce continue to cook on low
for several hours. About 15 minutes prior to serving, return chicken
to pot. Serve over hot noodles of choice.

Roasting chicken to fit crockpot
3 Tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning
1 Teaspoon pepper
Place chicken in crockpot, sprinkle seasonings on top of chicken.
Cover. Do not add liquid!
Cook on Low for 9-10 hours. Meat will just fall off the bone! Use
drippings for gravy.
