   Crunchy Taco Mix
 Ingredients
 1/2 cup butter
 1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
 8 cups crispy corn cereal squares
 Directions
 1 Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Melt butter in 13x9-inch baking pan in 
oven (3 to 4 minutes); stir in seasoning mix. Add cereal; stir to 
coat evenly. Bake, stirring after half the time, for 10 to 12 minutes 
or until cereal is crisp.
 
 
   Fun Taco Cups
 1 pound ground beef
 1 (1.25 ounce) package TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Taco Seasoning Mix
 1 (10 ounce) can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
 Directions
 1 Brown meat; drain. Add Seasoning Mix; prepare as directed on 
package. 
2 Press biscuits onto bottoms and up sides of medium muffin pan. Fill 
biscuits with seasoned meat. 
3 Bake at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake an 
additional 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with Taco

   Taco Bake II
 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers, drained
 1/2 cup water
 1 cup sour cream
 1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
 8 ounces shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese
 1 (18 ounce) package corn tortilla chips
 Directions
 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 
2 In a medium skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and 
drain fat. Add the diced tomatoes with green chile peppers, water, 
sour cream and taco seasoning mix. Let simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. 
3 In the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish, place a layer of tortilla 
chips. Cover with a layer of the meat mixture then a layer of cheese. 
Repeat this process until the last layer is cheese. 
4 Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is 
bubbly. Makes 8 servings
 
 
   Taco Bake
 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
 1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
 1 (16 ounce) jar salsa
 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
 Directions
 1 Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (160 degrees C). 
2 In a large, heavy skillet over medium-high heat, brown ground beef, 
and drain fat. Mix in dry taco seasoning. 
3 Spoon browned meat into a 9x13 inch glass baking dish. Spoon a 
layer of refried beans over meat, then salsa. Top with shredded 
cheese. 
4 Bake about 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven.
 
 
   Taco In A Bag
 1 pound ground beef
 1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
 4 (2.5 ounce) packages corn chips
 2 cups shredded lettuce
 1 chopped fresh tomato
 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
 1/3 cup salsa
 1/2 cup sour cream
 Directions
 1 Place ground beef in a large skillet. Cook and stir over medium 
heat until browned. Drain excess oil. Mix in the taco seasoning and 
prepare according to the directions on the package. 
2 With the bags unopened, gently crush the corn chips. Snip the 
corners off the bags using scissors and slit open the bags along the 
side edge. Spoon equal amounts of the beef mixture, lettuce, tomato, 
Cheddar cheese, salsa and sour cream into the bags on top of the 
crushed chips. Serve in the bag and eat using a fork. Makes 4 servings
 
 
   Club Quesadillas(mmm they look so good)
 1/2 C.MAYO OR SALAD DRESSING
 8 flour tortillas(8inches)
 4 lettuce leaves
 2 med.tomatoes,sliced
 8 slices deli turkey
 8 sliced deli ham
 8 slices provolone cheese
 8 bacon strips,cooked
 Salsa
 Spread the mayo on each tortilla.On four tortillas,layer the lettuc,tomatoes,turkey,ham,cheese,and bacon.Top with remaining tortillas.Cut into quarters.Serve with salsa.Yield:4 servings.
 
 
   Baseball All-Star Taco Treat
 1 pound ground beef
 1 cup pasteurized cheese spread
 1 can (16 ounces) refried black beans, warmed
 12 (6-inch) flour tortillas, warmed
 12 taco shells
 2 cups shredded red leaf lettuce
 1 cup chopped tomatoes
 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
 1 can (2 1/4 ounces) sliced ripe olives, drained
 1 jar (8 ounces) thick and chunky salsa or taco sauce
 In medium skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef, stirring until
crumbly and no longer pink. Drain fat. Stir in cheese spread and cook
until heated through. To assemble, spread heaping tablespoon refried
beans on each flour tortilla. Place taco shell in center. Fold sides of
flour tortilla onto taco shell to stick. Fill each taco shell with about
2 tablespoons beef mixture. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and ripe
olives. Serve with salsa or taco sauce.
