Cinammon Tortillas w/Strawberry Salsa

Yield: 6 Servings
6 Flour tortillas
3 tb Butter, melted
3 tb Granulated sugar
1 ts Cinnamon
Strawberry Salsa:
3 c Strawberries, chopped
1 1/2 tb Chopped fresh mint
3/4 ts Grated lime rind
1 1/2 tb Lime juice
2 ts Liquid honey
Strawberry Salsa: Combine strawberries, mint, lime rind and juice and honey; cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 375F. Brush both sides of each tortilla with butter. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over each side of tortilla. Bake on lightly greased baking sheet for about 10 minutes or until crisp and golden. Cut into quarters. Serve with salsa.
