Before a coder can receive partial or full source code access they will need to email something akin to the following statement to the following people.

I wish to contribute to the Castle Arcanum Source code.

I will not use the Castle Arcanum source code for any purpose other than as an aid in creating code for use by Castle Arcanum.

I will not distribute copies of the source code to anyone.

I will not allow anyone to use my copy or copies of the source code.

I will take reasonable precautions against theft or unauthorized copying of the Castle Arcanum source code while I have a copy or copies of the source code.

I understand that all code submitted becomes the property of The Arcanum Group and that reasonable requests, by the author(s) of code submissions, for copies of and/or use of those code submissions will be accomodated, subject to the approval of the authorized administrator(s) of Castle Arcanum.

I understand that all code submitted may be edited without restriction by the staffmember in charge of the volunteer coding port, and/or the authorized administrator(s) of Castle Arcanum, and that submissions by coders may also be edited by other coders at the request of the staffmember in charge of the volunteer coding port, and/or the authorized administrator(s) of Castle Arcanum.
