Moves and Characters Luigi Luigi is a lot like Mario. Though he cannot jump as well as his brother Mario, his moves are stronger and quicker. He has a unique taunt (and the only taunt) that actually takes off percentage (only 1% though)! To get Luigi you must finish Practice 1 Mode with all eight default characters. Move Buttons Damage Inflicted Punch A 2% P, P, K, Combo A, A, A 8% Roundhouse Kick Forward, A 10% Twirling Uppercut Up, A 10% Low Kick Down, A 7% Smash Move Forward + A 15% Headbutt Up + A 19% Leg Sweep Down + A 17% Jump Kick Jump, then A 14% Side Kick Jump, then Forward + A 16% Spin Kick Jump, then Down + A 24% (8 Hits) Back Kick Jump, then Back + A 16% Blind Punches Run + A 10% (5 Hits) Green Fireball B 6% Whirling Punch Down + B 15% Flaming Uppercut Up + B 25% Throw R to Grab, then any Button 12% Spin Kick R to Grab, then Back 16% Dirt Kick Taunt L Button 1%
