Patients' Aid Foundation

 

 


To alleviate the sufferings of the patients at Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Center (JPMC), concerned citizens, doctors of JPMC and medical students of SMC teamed up in 1990 to form this non-profit organization. Since 1990, its has successfully completed following projects:

- Blood Transfusion Service (screened for Hepatitis B, C & HIV)

- Blood Fraction Service

- Drug Bank and Artificial Limbs

- Supply of Hospital Equipment

- Established new Surgical Intensive Care Unit

- Installation of Incinerator

- Outpatient Eye Clinic

All above mentioned projects are completed through donations. For fund raising purposes P.A.F. organizes various types of festivals, walks and concerts. At these functions P.A.F. donation tickets with celebrity authentications are also sold.
