These are stills from an alien autopsy video. There is speculation over whether these are real or hoax. If these are a hoax, then the film creators are GOOD. There are only 3 options where the aliens are concerned. Either they're real, dummies, or deformed humans passed off as aliens. No one can really say which, but looking at the stills I know which I'm leaning towards.
