Does your front end make a really loud squeeking noise when you are at full lock when turning?  If it does, I am pretty sure that I have the fix for you.  Below I will explain how to fix it and the tools needed, which aren't much.  Pretty much anyone has them lying around the house.
What you will need
White lithium grease or front end lube
One human hand
I know what you are thinking.  One hand and some lube, but seriously, to the solution to the annoying squeeking.

Park the truck

Go to the front of the truck.

On the lower control arm there are 2 steering stops on each side.  They are a crescent moon shaped piece of metal that attach to the lower control arm. These are the two 4 areas that need to be lubed.  They come into contact with the steering stops and create friction.  After years of friction the plastic caps on the top of the bolt begin to wear away and you have metal to metal contact.  To stop the squeeking just rub some of grease on the stops, and you are done, and so is the squeeking.
