Rozhan bin Othman is currently attached at the Universiti Putra Malaysia. He earned his Ph.D from University College Dublin. His BBA and MBA was obtained from Ohio University. His research interest is in the areas related to human resource management, strategy, knowledge management, quality management, organizational learning and culture. He has collaborated in a number of research work with peers from the Japan, US and Canada. His research and theoretical work has been published in a number of academic journals. He was a visiting scholar at the University of Hawaii at Manoa under a PACIBER-USIA grant in 1999.
His teaching experience in the last several years has been mainly in post-graduate courses. This includes Strategic Management, Organizational Management, Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour at the MBA level. He has also taught Advanced Organizational Management, Organizational Theory and Organizational Development at the doctoral level.
He has also been involved in conducting training and a number of consultancy projects in major Malaysian and international organizations that includes Qatar Steel, Petronas, PNB, Telekom Malaysia, Sime Darby, MARA and Syarikat Air Terengganu.
During his free time he enjoys gardening and reading. His favourite author is John Grisham.
