Programming Your Crystals

Crystals can receive and store thoughtforms. When this is done consciously, it is called "programming". This term is used because of the similarity of the process to computer programming. Information or commands are stored in the molecular structure of quartz crystals as magnetically charged data.

Thoughts are a form of energy and are magnetic in nature. All data in the charged(programmed) crystals are stored as thoughtforms. Thoughtforms are images and/or sensory information, powered or intensified by emotions.

A programmed crystal has the ability to amplify and continuously emanate programmed energy.

One way a crystal becomes charged with your intent is when you use it repeatedly for a specific purpose, such as meditation or healing. When you wish for a crystal to retain a program over a period of time, it is preferable to program the crystal on a regular basis with full conscious awareness of your task.

You can input more than one program into the crystal but the programs have to be compatible. In such a case, it would be advisable to wait for a few days for a crystal to become attuned to the energy of the original program.

Before programming a crystal, make sure that you are doing this for the highest good of all concerned and that you ask the crystal's permission to alter its very matrix, its physical body. (Crystals are living beings, with spiritual, mental and emotional capabilities, they might well be the highest form of life on this planet, so treat them with respect).

PROGRAMMING STEPS

1. Hold the crystal in your receiving hand. (If you are right-handed, this is would be your left hand, left-handed - use the right hand for receiving, left for sending, if you are ambidextrous, use your own judgement and experiment). Attune to the crystal, try to perceive the energy that is emits, and visualize a bridge of pure white light connecting you to it. Say to the crystal: "I merge my being with you", or some words to that effect. Feel yourself integrate with the crystal as it happens.
2. Cup you sending hand over your receiving hand and place the crystal in your sending hand. Ask the crystal to open a part of its matrix to receive the program. You can visualize the crystal being filled with light. Wait, and allow the crystal a minute or so to open.
3. Send a particular thought into the crystal by repeating your affirmation three or more times.
4. Focus your awareness on your breath. Breathe your affirmation and love into the crystal in order to charge and attune it with the new program. (For best results, place your index finger over the largest facet, as it is the finger associated with the element of Air. If all facets are of equal size, allow your intuition to guide you).
5. Thank the crystal for its service.
