Less than one month away from The Big Event, The Millennium, New Year's Eve of the year 2000 and how are you feeling? Afraid? Petrified? Stuck? Restless? Wanting changes but no idea a crossroads? On the edge of something big, but you don't know what? Maybe you are doing just fine, feeling more clearly than you have your life, excited about the future and finally in your power.
More enlightened souls, no matter what they are experiencing, are deciding to live in the moment, cognizant of the fact that the universe will take care of them. They are going with the flow. They know it's OK not to know, sometimes. In fact, when we get out of our own way, then the Universe can bring us our highest good. Whatever you are going through, you are not alone. However you are feeling, there is good reason.
In case you hadn't heard, we are going through THE SHIFT. Kind of like a mid-life crisis of the planet. A cleansing, transformation, call it what you will. The earth is actually shifting on its own axis, the vibrational frequency of the planet is on the increase, causing an awakening in our consciousness. The world as we know it, is speeding up, forcing us to accelerate, not only physically but spiritually as well. Like a flower that pushes its way up through the soil and bursts in a show of color towards the light, so are we pushing our way past old habits, negative beliefs, ways of outmoded thinking to a higher consciousness and the light. A blossoming is occurring. On fast forward. This "speeding up" and increase in awareness is in fact, steering us into our own truth. No longer can we stay in denial about our lack of power, or turn our backs on our creativity, deny inherent talents, or stay in relationships that have served their purpose.
This surge of energy is causing chaos for some, like a volcanic eruption in the subconscious, blowing everything away that you previously desired or believed. (By the way, if you hadn't noticed, chaos always comes before growth; and sometimes afterwards, too.) Many are sensing an ending, a closure, like a death. Don't worry. This is either a life cycle completing or some obsolete aspect of yourself dying and releasing to make room for new healthier beliefs. We are becoming more truly who we are.
According to Greg Braden, author of "Awakening to Zero Point" and "Walking Between the Worlds", we are not only waking up spiritually, but also physically. We all possess DNA in our bodies, apparently, that has not yet been" activated." As we go through the shift, this DNA will come to life, increasing our physical frequency so that diseases of the lower vibrations like cancer and Aids will not be able to affect us. At this time, there are babies being born to MD's infected mothers who show no trace of the disease. A medical anomaly that doctors can't explain, Mr. Braden believes that these babies are coming in with their DNA already "switched on" and are therefore, impervious to infection.
After practicing as a psychic reader for twenty five years, I have been witness to a similar evolution in my readings. In earlier years, I felt very alone in the truths I could see. Now, it is as if everyone has joined the club. Yahoo! People now take much more responsibility for their lives, and what occurs, realizing that they are co-creators with a higher power for the lessons in their life. As I consider myself to be a spiritual healer first and psychic second, my readings have always been about reflecting the client's energy back to them and showing them what they could manifest in their future. That potential future might be a decision they made before they came to the planet, their "destiny" or based on something they decided last week. Just how do you "see"?, you might ask. Well, I am lot like a television. I turn on, tune in to your vibration, (whether it's CNN, ABC or CBS), ride on the same wave length for a while, get the picture of what's on the wave, past present and future. Then I pass onto the client what I see, feel, hear, or sometimes, even smell. I am aware, of course, that the information doesn't come from me but through me and therefore is guided by an intelligence much wiser than my own. This is a good thing!
I have always believed that we have choice about our future even if is just in the way we understand what is really happening and choose to learn from that. When I predict the future, I emphasize to my clients, that what I "see" is just one potential. There is always choice. The energies shift and evolve all the time so what I pick up is that which they are expressing at the time of the reading. But hey, guess what? People change their minds and potentially their whole future experience. This can be a beautiful thing. Recently, however, I have noticed that rather than merely identifying the energy and the prediction, the balance is changing. I am still identifying the "vibes" that are being expressed but rather than predicting an outcome, I am working more with the client and what they want to create, then providing tools as to how to achieve that goal. That process may involve further counseling, a change of perspective, more compassion, a past life regression or just visualizing a more positive outcome. What is always required is more self-love and believing more in one's power to create the desired result. What is in the future may not always change but how we perceive it does. And it is our perception that creates our reality. Many of my readings merely confirm what the client knows already about him/herself but didn't trust their own inner voice. Sometimes people (myself included) just need to know that they are not crazy or "off track". Sometimes, trust is all that is needed, the foundation for patience. Not my strong point so I really empathize with my clients on that one!). Maybe I am leaning more towards co-creation because of "The Shift" or maybe it is because I believe that nothing is written in stone. Miracles do happen! That by forgiveness of self and others, we can change our own negative karma, even heal cancer. What a concept!
What the world needs now, in my humble opinion, is love, sweet love. And I'm not talking Eros, pathos or any of those other ‘ohs'. I'm talking the greatest love of all, the love of Self. The way I see it, by loving Self unconditionally, we are able to love everyone and everything else. Only then are we are really in our power. After all, learning to use our magnificent power appropriately is what we came here to do. And we can only truly step into our power when we love ourselves.
So my mantras for the new century go like this; forgive yourself, forgive others, be compassion, (dump perfectionism - it's boring!), know that everything is the way it is meant to be, life and love is a journey, not a destination; forgive the past; live in the present then there is undiluted potential for your future; use fear as a guide, not a prison; love all your bumps, wrinkles and warts and perceived weaknesses; we all come from the same Higher Power, whatever your name for that is; nobody is evil or bad, they are just full of fear; be compassionate with yourself first; love your Self, who you are and who you are not; be kind to yourself and honor your body; get to know you first; continue to ask the questions: Who are you really? What do you give? What do you really want to give? Know that you can have what you want (if it is for your highest good, it comes more easily). nothing is in the way of you fulfilling your dreams except your limiting beliefs (and sometimes a bit of patience); you are a spark of Divine Intelligence; anything is possible; believe in miracles; commit and the universe commits to you; once the decision is made, the doing becomes effortless: envision your dream as if it already is; it only takes one hundred positive minds to affect the minds of a million; you can change the world with your positive thinking:
What the Millennium is supposed to look like has been well documented and predicted. Nostra Damus, Jehovah's Witnesses, The Bible, The Hopi Indians and countless other cultures and religions have foreseen a multitude of disasters including a Third World War, earthquakes, famines, floods and disease. Reviewing all the natural disasters that have occurred in the last few years, many people affected would say, they were right, those predictions have come true. But many things that have been predicted, haven't happened, not yet anyway. Wasn't there supposed to be a huge earthquake, according to Nostra Damus, splitting the U.S.A. from New York to Florida in July this year? Perhaps on a mass consciousness level, because of our willingness to grow, we have tilted the scales in our favor. If we are willing to keep increasing our awareness, we can minimize disasters, even delete them from our future. Many of us have been emitting positive healing thoughts for the planet and its peoples. Perhaps that energy has already had the desired effect. Even if you are caught in an earthquake, flood or other disaster, the vibration of your consciousness, can create a miracle and save your life.
On any level, individual, local and global, what does the Millennium mean to you? Are you of the mind that the end of the world is nigh or that this an exciting time of transformation and rebirth? A time to take charge of your thinking and therefore, your reality. As far as the predictions for the planet are concerned, are we powerless or powerful? Victims or co-creators? Are earthquakes, third world war and famines inevitable or something that we can influence? I believe, Yes. Yes. Yes. With the simple act of; and an intense commitment to envisioning the planet as we would all like to see it.
Take a moment to picture this: the planet is a lush garden, where we all live in balance, harmony and prosperity; where magic and miracles abound; where hunger, wars, disease and poverty are things of the past; there is no separation or judgment; only unity of purpose: to live life as the creative beings that we are, fully and experience all its possibilities; where all men, women and children speak their truth, play, learn, through love. Psychics are out of business because we are all living in the moment and trusting our ability to master Self. We are powerful beings, Gods/Goddesses in the process of becoming the magnificent blueprint of who we already are. Know this. Because this is what the millennium is about. You and your consciousness.
