You decide to pay a visit to Ikari Akuma-san. The path is short, and you soon come to a large valley. Perched in the center, on a flaming rock, is a large red-orange dragon.
The big dragon looks at you appraisingly for a moment, then spreads its wings and flies smoothly away. Dissapointed, you watch Ikari dissapear into the distance, and you're about to turn around, when you see a leathery journal sitting closed on a pedastol made of rock. You lift the journal, and read the title: 'Ikari Akuma-san.' You open it, and read it.
Ikari has the personality you'd expect of a fire dragon. He isn't evil, but, if there's a reason to be generally violent, doing so doesn't bother him like it would a lighter element (like...light). Blood and...other things like that don't gross him out, but he doesn't run around killing things. He can be cooperative if he's in the mood, and if he thinks there's something in it for him. Otherwise, he's a bit of a rebel.
Like fire, Ikari is very easily provoked. And, once he is angry, he is furious. Nothing will stop his fury until he feels he's gotten his point across; this is usually a very long timme for the poor, unfortunate soul on the receiving end. However, when he's in one of his rages, Ikari looses much of his judgement, so this is probably one of his greatest weaknesses. His temper has gotten him into many a sticky situation before.
When he's not being a violent, fiery-tempered monster, Ikari is really quite personable. He has a very dark, sarcastic sense of humor, but a sense of humor just the same. He tries his best to tolerate younger and more foolhardy Dragons, but he can be snappy if he's in a mood. He considers himself to be quite superior to most of the other Dragons, which may or may not be the case.
All in all, while he's not the friendliest of souls, Ikari isn't so bad either. It all depends on how you treat him - if you're respectful and tolerant (and do whatever he wants) he's nice to you. It's as simple as that.
Ikari was born in a clutch of 4 with two parents without elements. Ikari and his siblings had no knowledge of elements, or how the were aquired. Ikari was raised in a loving home, with plenty of food and a vast world to explore.
It was upon returning from one of his many explorations that he learned of the devestating fire that had swept through the area and killed his family. Distraught, he went to what was left of his home, and collapsed from grief, falling into a pile of smouldering ashes. He lay there for several days, growing weak from hunger, but too young to have been taught to hunt. Without his family, he did not know what to do, so the remained where he was.
One morning he woke, and felt different; stronger, somehow. He found that he was able to stand, and even hunt! He killed and ate a large rodent. He happened to be by a pool, and he looked in.
He looked so different! His skin was the vibrant red of fire, and he had magnificent fiery wings, claws, and back spines. He could feel the power of fire burning inside him, though he did not yet know how to harness that power.
Still, Ikari now had the will to survive. He hunted and grew stronger than he had ever been before. For many years he lived as a loner, living off the land and teaching himself how to use his new firepowers.
One day, Ikari met another Dragon! He didn't quite know what to think, but this other Dragon seemed very friendly, and it took Ikari with it to its group. That was where Ikari met all the other Dragons, and learned that, by lying in the coals for so long, he had obsorbed their energy and become a fire element. He got to know all the other Dragons, and developed his own role in the group.
And that's where he is today!
Ikari reacted differently to all of the other dragons. Ikari immediately developed a rivalry with the water dragon, and that dislike has stuck. Ikari considers himself more powerful than the mechanical dragon, and doesn't really have a problem with him. Ikari kind of likes the two astronomical dragons, and makes a point of being nice to them. Ikari is slightly annoyed by the light dragon; he considers her to be too...:D. Ikari is more or less indifferent to the animal dragon. Ikari doesn't really mind the chaos dragon, but he doesn't make a point of being around her, either. Ikari tolerates the earth dragon, but he considers himself superior to her. The dark dragon and Ikari immediately formed a deep comradery. Ikari considers him his equal.
You close the joural with a click, and return it to its resting place. Perhaps it was for the best that Ikari flew away so quickly. You walk quickly back to the signpost, wondering what would have happened to you if Ikari had gotten mad!
