You decide to meet Blueflash. His trail winds away from the sea, so you follow it, temporarily shedding your caution of sea serpents.
Soon, you reach a ring of tidepools. Small ocean life swarms in them; crabs and starfish part as you walk through. In the center of the large ring, there is a huge saltwater pool. As you watch, you see a disturbance in the center. A dark shape becomes apparent at the depths of the water, and, as you watch, it grows bigger and bigger, until you're staring straight into the eyes of a huge blue dragon, hovering just beneath the surface of the water.
The dragon makes a hissing noise, and its massive head rises up through the surface of the pool, making a few small waves lap the edge.
Vat brings you here? it asks, its voice thick with accent. Vould you be exploring Draakogrex, by any chance?
"Er...yes," you reply, unsure if the dragon is friendly or not. "Are you Blueflash?"
The dragon lifts his arched neck proudly. I be Blueflash, he confirms, flexing wings beneath the pool. I svim ze oceans vith a flick of ze tail, and conquer ze skies vith a svish of ze vings.
"Wow..." you say. It's obvious that Blueflash is a regal creature, and you should go out of your way to not offend him. "It sounds like you're a very...powerful dragon."
Considering Blueflash's size, it's not a lie in the least.
You are very vise, the dragon says, smiling to himself. You vill go far if you believe in ze might of Blueflash.
With that, Blueflash dives back into the water, showing off by making a big splash. However, though you are impressed by the sheer magnitude of the splash, you return to the signpost quite wet.
