You decide to visit Highflier. You assume that this creature will be quite at home in the Sky Realm, but you're not quite sure what sort of creature it will be. Still, you take a deep breath, and set off on the path of Highflier.
Soon, you come to a platform. A sort of paddock is set up on it, with feed trays and bales of hay stacked up at one corner. There is a comfy-looking pad for resting on. You know the purpose of the mat because the inhabitant of the paddock is resting on it now, wings folded at her sides.
The equine lifts her head, and whinnies questioningly.
"I'm from Dracogrex," you tell the winged, horned horse. "Are you Highflier?"
The equine watches you understandingly, and whinnies when you mention the name Highflier. You assume that that must mean you have found the creature you intended to. The only trouble is that it doesn't seem able to talk.
While you watch it, prance around, your eyes fall on a small plaque at the side of Highflier's fence. You read it.
Isn't Highflier absolutely beautiful? She is an avicorn, which is a sort of cross between a unicorn and a pegasus. She likes very much to gallop about and fly through the clouds with her strong, broad wings. Feel free to feed her one of the apples in the jar at right.
You look over and, sure enough, there is a bowl of apples near the plaque. You take one in your hand, and toss it over to a very happy Highflier. The equine leaps up off the ground, beating her magnificent wings with natural grace, and caught the fruit in her mouth. Whinnying happily, she took a bite, tossing the apple into the air so she could chew. The instant she swallowed, she caught the apple again and took yet another bite. You watched her do this to the entire apple, genuinely enjoying the show. You laugh as she tosses the core into the air, knocking it away with her horn.
"Nice one, Highflier!" you call to the equine. She whinnies back, and turns to glide away on her pale blue wings. You, in turn, return to the signpost to keep exploring.
