Appearence: Unlike his traveling companion Bette, Chip is a tall, wiry man. his pale, almost white skin, and blue hair are traits of his homeland. Though many from that continent are humanoid, he is purely human (don't ask where the skin and hair came from). Chip usually wears a white body suit with intricate wires of silver, gold and blue. Like a lot of him, his boots are mismatched (one zippers and the other ties), He is rarely seen without his helmet and when he does take it off it's only to modify something that can’t be done with his flat screen. The flat screen itself is like a small keypad tucked into his golden belt. He will often remove this little item to take notes on something interesting or made a few calculations for Bette. A small wrist laser is attached to his left glove, hidden until needed.

Personality: Chip is a fun loving, if a bit eccentric, young man. He's always looking for an adventure and usually finds himself knee deep in trouble. Still, his knowledge and quick movements help Bette in many dangerous situations, making them perfect traveling companions. When faced with the choice to experience something new, Chip never passes it up. Probably why Bette has had many thoughts to throw her cane down his throat when he brings back 'friends'. His chipper voice and carefree walk can be seen or heard a mile away. Everyone seems to brighten when he enters, until trouble follows him.
