Offensive

Level 1 Moves

Eye Beam:
When the attacker shoot's thin ray's of ki blast from his eye's. It's a very fast and very powerful attack. Usually used a few times one after another.

Honoo:
Simply just a VERY powerful breathe of fire.

Kiaiho:
A technique that is invisible. It is used through either the attacker's eye's or hands. When used, it pushes the defender back, which sometimes causes them to lose balance for one turn. (Flip a coin, if heads they lose balance.)

Ki Blast:
A basic Ki Blast, shot from the palms.

Level 2 Moves

Kienzan:
Also known as a Destructo Disc. It is a flat, disc shaped ki, in which spins extremely fast and is sharp on it's edges. When shot towards the desired opponent, it slices through them. Weaker opponents are known to defeat stronger opponents with this attack. Though this is an awesome attack to obtain, it's downfall is it's terrible accuracy.

Genocide Attack:
A bunch of ki blasts shot into the air, which then seak's their target and tries to hit them.

Dynamite Kick:
Simply just a powerful kick.

Crasher Ball:
When the attacker creates a spherical ki that is floating above it's hand. Can be charged to a certain extent. The smaller the ball, the faster it is. A very strong attack at times.

Level 3 Moves

Kame Hame Ha:
It is when the attacker charges up it's ki behind it's back, both wrist's of his hands connected, and the hand cupped to contain the ki. It's then brought forward pointed towards the desired opponent. This attack was created by Muten Roshi.

Makankosappo:
An attack created by Piccolo. It is used when both the index and the middle finger touch the attacker's forehead to charge the attack. Then when charged, the finger's point at the desired opponent, causing a great ki release. It fires two ki shots, one that head straight towards the opponent, and the other that revolves around the first ki to cause a drilling effect.

Final Flash:
This is done when a person fans out their fingers and extends their arms out to the side, their arms aligned with their shoulders. They then charge Ki into their palms, and afterwards, when they are ready to fire, they lock their wrists together and fire a huge blue white centered beam at the opponent.

Mafuba:
A ki technique used to imprison the intended target into some sort of container. If the container is later opened, the person caught into the container will then be freed.

Double Tsuihikidan:
An attack that shoot's a ki blast from each hand to his desired opponent. This attack can be guided, and is a good attack if used to either drain the defender's ki, or finish him off

Level 4 Moves

Hell's Flash:
It's an attack fired through a cannon. The attack is shown when the attacker raises it's hand from his wrist and a cannon pop's out. (Androids Only)

Akumaitokosen:
This is very different than many other attacks that were used in the series. When the attack wave hits you, your evil contained in your body expands causing you to explode. To make complete sense, the opponent MUST have evil for the attack to work.

Shogekiha:
A technique used through either the eyes or the hands of the attacker. It is an invisible ki wave that when it hits the desired target, it causes them to be pushed back or even get hurt.

Mystic Attack:
Only Namekians are able to use this technique. It is when the attacker extends both arms towards an opponent from a good distance, in contrast, it distracts them and makes them off balance.

Dodonpa:
A ki shot made with the index finger pointed towards the desired location. Not a very strong attack, but is effective when used.

Level 5 Moves

Haretsu no Maho:
An attack that causes people to explode when directed. It is caused by a magic spell. (Only works on people who are less than half your power level.)

Hasshuken:
A very effective attack. It is when the attacker moves both hands like a bird EXTREMELY fast, so fast that is looks as though the attacker has 14 arms. The attacker now attack's his opponent while in this state, which causes the "14 arms" to hit the opponent.

Daichiretsuzan:
It's used when two fingers of the attacker's hand is used as a "ki sword", when slashed at the opponent, it causes a sharp ki wave to float towards him. Weaker opponents can kill stronger opponents with this technique.

Hankokubikkurisho:
A ki blast shot from both hands. If it hits the opponent, it causes them to be in some sort of restraint. The opponent cannot move while trapped by this technique. (Therefore they can not dodge or block techniques, if the opponent blocks this, they are caught. This lasts for two turns.)

Death Ball:
Very similar to the Crusher Ball, but is charged with both the index and the middle finger pointed up. This was once used when Bardock (Goku's true father) rebelled against freeza, causing freeza to use this attack to destroy Planet Vegita. Attack usually creates a huge ki ball, and is almost as strong as the attacker that is using this technique is.

Level 6 Moves

Renzoku Energy Dan:
The user shoot's a great amount of ki attacks through his hands, causing sort of a "machine gun" effect. The ki's used in this attack are weak, but in great numbers it is very effective.

Galactica Donut:
An attack only done by Gotenks (come on, look at it's name). It is a ki technique that is donut shaped. It's used to go over the opponent, fall to his waist, and tighten, causing the opponent to be in restraint. (like tying someone up with a rope)

Gekitotsu Buu Buu Volleyball:
An ki technique that surrounds the defender and encloses him into the ball. The defender is now trapped, and cannot move an inch. The attacker then can play with the ball and eventually slam it into the ground, causing the ball to explode with the defender still in it.

Renzoku Shine Shine Missle:
Same thing as the Renzoku Energy Dan, but Gotenks changed it around for his own special attack.

Level 7 Moves

Super Ghost Kamikaze Attack:
The attacker kind of "spits out" a ghost, one that looks almost exactly like the attacker, but has a pale/white look. The ghost has a mind of it's own, and does whatever it wants. Whenever it touches anything, it causes a massive ki explosion.

Furiza Beam:
As you can see, this is an attack made by Furiza himself, and is used only by him and Cell. It is a ki attack fired through the index finger. It's not the strongest attack around, but is efficient. (compared to his opponents)

Body Change:
Used only by one person in the series, during the Furiza saga. It is an attack that causes the attacker (Ginyu) to switch bodies with the person he wishes to switch bodies with. This attack can be done against ANY living organism (not plants). It switches bodies with the FIRST living organism that is in the attack's path. The attacker can STILL use the attack while in it's new form, but only if he can speak.

Guruguru Gum:
A strange sticky substance that comes from the attacker's mouth. When he spit's the "gum" at his opponent, it sticks onto them and prohibits their movements. (It traps an opponent when they try to block it, they can't move or attack for five turns.)

Eraser Cannon:
A ki attack that is fired through one's mouth. It is a very strong attack, and is not usually anticipated by the defender. Very effective when both opponents are face-to-face.

Level 8 Moves

Chou Kame Hame Ha (Ultimate):
Also known as Ultimate Kame Hame Ha. It is first used when Gokou fights Piccolo early in the series. It is a technique that is used like a regular Kame Hame Ha (made by Muten Roshi), but allot stronger.

Genki Dama:
Also known as the spirit bomb. It is a technique created by Kaiosama himself. It gather's all the energy from the plants, animals, and everything else that is living and that has energy. The attacker can get as much energy as he wishes as far out of the planet as he wants, but can only go as far that his ki can reach.

Level 9 Moves

Defensive

Level 1 Moves

Taiyoken:
Also known as Solar Flare. A technique when the attacker put his fingers on it's cheek's, palm facing out and shouting "Taiyoken". When this is done, everything around him light's up VERY brightly, causing the attacker's opponent to become blind for a short amount of time.

Absorb:
If you are an Android (Model A), you can absorb Ki through the orbs of your hands with this.
If you are a Bio-Androd, you can absorb Ki through your tail.
If you are a Majin, you can absorb someone with your very own skin, like dough.

Level 2 Moves

Energy Shield:
This shield can block against any weak attacks, but it disables right after contact.

Time stop:
This is an attack used by Guld, the smallest member of the Ginyu-tokusentai. When he uses it, he freezes time for his
opponents so that they are frozen in whatever position they were in. However, he needs to keep his attention on his victims in order to
keep them frozen. Guld also has the power to stop time completely, but for only a moment, and he can't do it for too many times
without tiring himself out.

Techniques

Level 1 Moves

After-Image:
After-Image throws an after-image of yourself behind in the pose you left it, after you've jumped away so you can trick your opponents, the after image fades after one turn.

Sense:
This allows you to Sense someone's Chi (Ki), from anywhere on the planet you are on.

Bukujutsu:
The ability to fly.

Level 2 Moves

Zanzoken:
This allows you to blur away for a moment, but you don't just disappear, you just SEEM to have for a few moments, until it deactivates when you decide to stop and attack.

Split Movement:
This allows you to split into tiny little blocks, and disappear, and recombine the same way as a teleport, but this only allows you to travel anywhere on the planet you are on.

Suppress:
Allows you to hide your power level.

Multi-Form:
Allows you to split into three different forms of yourself, each person has the same power level as you.

Level 3 Moves

Instant Transmission:
This can send you anywhere from one place to another, Instantly, BUT you have to of been to that place before, or you can sense someone that is there.

Universal Sense:
This allows you to Sense someone's Chi (Ki), from anywhere.

Constant Regeneration (Majin):
This allows you to regenerate any body parts, instantly.

Constant Regeneration (Namek):
This allows you to re grow a body part but only after concentrating for a while.

Power Ups

Level 1 Moves

Kaioken:
With this power up, by shout "KAIOKEN TIMES #" your speed, and power level will go up by that, but your stamina will divide. To determine what Kaioken you can use, go by your Level. For Level 2, times 2. Get it?

Level 2 Moves

Energy Assimilation:
With this you can fake your Ki, which in return, gives NO Ki to someone who tries to steal it from you.
