Episode 8 - It's Training Time Again
Krillen emerged from the Room of Spirit and Time, afresh and anew. He felt his power and increased drastically and yelled with excitement.
Bulma: Over here, Krillen.
Krillen turned around to see Bulma, Chi-Chi in her combat suit with machines guns and bombs, and Yajirobee.
Krillen: Man, Yaj, I haven't seen you in ages.
Yajirobee: Same here. I'm only here caus' I want to be. Catch!
Krillen leapt up and caught the bag of Senzu beans.
Yajirobee: From Korin. There's ten in the bag.
Krillen: Alright! Now we're set!
Bulma: Now we go to the battlefield!
Krillen: WHAT? You guys are coming?
Bulma: Its the only way to save Goku and the others. Because Turles and Raditz are unaffected by the virus, they may have an immunity. We need a sample of their blood to test on.
Krillen: Ok. But I'll go and scout on ahead. If things look ugly, I'll tell you to turn back.
At the battlefield, Chou-Tsu carefully landed the wounded Tien to the ground.
Chou-Tsu: Oh Tien, I'm glad your alright!
Tien: Chou-Tsu, these wounds of mine are very bad. If the others don't reach me in time, I guess I'll be seeing Yamcha.
Chou-Tsu: No Tien! You can't die. Not again.
Tien: Don't worry pal. You guys can wish me back when the Dragonballs are revived.
Chou-Tsu: Just hang on Tien. Please!!
Tien: I'll try Chou-Tsu.
King Kai: YES!!! TIEN LIVES!
Yamcha: Huh?
King Kai: Yes. Tien survived the Hell Bomb and has defeated Turles for good!
Yamcha: That's great.
King Kai: Oh no. It seems that Tien is very weak, and won't last more then an hour.
Yamcha: Damn.
King Kai: Krillen is on the way there, but I fear it might be too late.
Yamcha: Let me talk to Krillen.
King Kai: Ok.
Yamcha placed his hand on King Kai's shoulder, and the alien's antenna buzzed when locked on to Krillen.
Yamcha: Hey Krillen!
Krillen: What the?
Krillen stopped in mid-air, upon hearing the voice of his old friend.
Yamcha: Don't stop Krillen. You have to get to Tien! He won the battle, but may not live very long.
Krillen: Oh no!
Krillen powered up his energy to max and shot forward towards the battlefield.
Tien closed his eyes. It was getting harder and harder to open them, and more easy to close them with every breath.
Tien: Chou-Tsu. I'm going.
Chou-Tsu and Krillen: NOOOOO!
Tien looked up to see Krillen landing down and running towards Tien.
Krillen: Here, eat one of these.
Krillen took out one of the Senzu beans and fed it to Tien. Within moments, Tien was up and about, stronger then ever.
Tien: Wow! Thanks Krillen. I was sure I was going to the next Dimension, but I'd rather be here.
Krillen: No probs!
Chou-Tsu: Look!
The three warriors looked up to see Bulma's aircraft land down near them. Bulma, Chi-Chi and Yajirobee emerged. Krillen gave one Senzu bean to Chou-Tsu, then turned to Tien.
Krillen: Where are Turles and Raditz? We need their blood samples if we are to heal Goku and the others.
Tien: If theres anything left of them, it'll be in that rubble.
Krillen: Looked at the pile. C'mon everybody! Let's get moving.
Within the hour, the group had cleared the rubble and there was no sign of the Saiyans.
Tien: I guess I wiped them out completely.
Yajriobee: Wait a second. There's a hole hear.
The group looked to where Yajirobee was pointing at. There was a hole, just big enough for Two Saiyans to crawl through.
Tien: Damn, they must have escaped.
At the hidden palace, Turles and Raditz were in the healing chambers. Kivian looked at them in disgust.
Kivian-I can not believe these fools have not yet wiped out those warriors. If only Lord Bane permitted me to fight, this would have been over long ago.
Over the next three months, the Z Warriors trained to their max. Videl and Yajirobee trained in the Room of Spirit and Time to achieve their maximum level. Krillen and Tien sparred intensely in x500 gravity, in the Gravity Room. Chou-Tsu trained at Kami's, learning to further his strength from the great guardian of Earth, Dende. Yamcha was at King Kai's, having completed Part 1 of his training. He was now into Part 2, training in a time bubble where the gravity was x1000 that of earth's gravity. 18 was busily recuperating from her special surgery. Bulma had found a secret laboratory that belonged to Dr Gero, which held Androids 21 and 22. They had not been programmed or activated.
Bulma: Wow, maybe if I can reprogram these androids, they can help us fight the Evil Saiyans.
Bulma worked furiously on the two androids. She programmed 21, an android with long silvery hair and looks similar to that of the late Android 17, to be Guardian of the sleeping good Saiyans. She programmed 22, who was bulky and with huge rocket launchers for arms, to help the Z Warriors fight the evil Saiyans. She then activitated 21.
21: Hello Mistress Bulma. Thankyou for activating me.
Bulma: That's ok.
21: I'm here to protect Goku and the good Saiyans from anyone that would do them harm.
Bulma: Correct. You can also help me here with manual work and such.
21: Its a pleasure to serve.
Bulma then activated Android 22.
22: HA! I'm alive! Where are those evil Saiyans?
Bulma: Hold on 22. You must first find Tien and the others. You will follow orders, understand?
22: Of course.
22 rushed out the door, and rocketed into the air to find Tien.
WILL 22'S HELP BE ENOUGH TO FINALLY CRUSH THE EVIL SAIYANS? WILL TURLES AND RADTIZ BE EVEN STRONGER AFTER RECUPERATING?
