Ozouru Gohan: between 9,810 and 28,000 As stated in the manga and Japanese series, Kaioken x2 and up multiplies your maximum level by that respective amount, hence 8,000 x 4 = 32,000. Also stated, Kaioken x1 gives you a "great increase in speed, and a slight increase in power." Hence, I assumed Kaioken 1x gives you 1.5 times your normal maximum level.
A saiyan's power increases 10 times in the Ozouru state, hence Vegeta's 18,000 ups to 180,000 in his ozouru form.
