Let's see .. where to begin.
I have a job pertaining (somewhat) to my field! Yep. That's right. LJ's got a job! I work for a company called All Things Traffic. Right now, they have me working at Pfizer in NYC. I have been here for two loooong years now. Sometimes it feels like DECADES! But .. I like the group that I work with .. which makes it a bit better. It's those "outsiders" that drive me bloody bonkers!

And, yes, I'm still a waitress too. On weekends I still help out Pops. I'll be there for a while. It's hard to find reliable help these days.

AND for those of you that haven't been clued in ... I left Jim in March/May 2003 (Cue Audio of Crowd Cheering). It took me a while though. As I explained to my good buddy DragonSlayer ... I was out the door (emotionally) months before I left ... I just physically forgot to close the door behind me. What I mean by that is ... there were still somethings that I had to make sure were ok (like his kids and my ability to see them) before I could leave. It was, by far, on the top ten list of "Best Things I've Ever Done". I haven't seen the kids in over a year and a half though. In the beginning, yes .. I saw and spoke to them quite frequently. Part of that was their father's doing. He would have them call me to say that they missed me because he knew that leaving the kids is was killed me. He knew that if it wasn't for the kids .. we wouldn't have been together as long as we were.

I am now living it up in Brooklyn. I have been there about a year now.
And I love it!
No .. no roommate .. I like it that way! Maybe it's selfish of me .. but I don't care!
After years of doing what others want me to do .. it's ALL ABOUT ME NOW!
And .. if you don't like it .. bugger off!

As far as the rest goes ....
STILL a veg, STILL an HPS with Willow's Grove, STILL burried up to my ears in history and foriegn language books, STILL painting, drawing, reading comic books.

New? ...
Saving up for a guitar (lefty, righty, I DON'T KNOW?!?!), Cut off ALL my hair (AGAIN) .. oooo .. just in time for winter!, been working on the decor/painting of the apartment .. I'll post pictures *IF* I ever finish!
