Dear Class of 1969,

OK...here ya go, instructions that will work for the computer illiteratzi! First, right click on the image and save the file to a location that you can easily find again (in other words, not in the Black Abyss of your hard drive).

Online, the picture looks huge, but the image is actually about 10 X 4 inches in size, designed to print the long way on an 8 1/2 by 11 sheet. (I really was thinking, you guys! Heh heh)

If you have a program like PaintShopPro, open the file in that and select the orientation to print the image on the page. (The file will NOT open in Paint, by the way. If you want to watch Paint blow up, try it.) To print, one selects "file", then "page setup". At page setup, select "landscape" in PaintShop, then click in the box "fit image to page". See the print preview to check the pic. It should show you the image lengthwise on the page. Then print.

You can also import the file into Microsoft Word and select "page setup" to orient the file lengthwise to the page. Open a new document, click on "insert" "picture" "from file". Locate the file and insert it into the document. Once again, then go to "file" and "page setup". Click the "paper size" tab, then select "landscape" and "ok". You can look at it in "print preview" to check it. Then print.

If you don't have a color printer, it will print in black and white. If you have a crappy printer, it will print crappily. If you have a good color printer and frequently print image files, it may be worthwhile to go to Best Buy and get photo print paper for it (about $15-20 for 20 sheets). If your office has a good color printer, print it at work when nobody is looking.

Have fun! Contact me if you need any help.
