Yup! There's Some mini-games on the whole game. Such as Magikarp Splashing to see who gets the most (my highest was 31), Sandshrew digging to see who gets to the water first, Volts, and many more. Believe me, your going to get addicted to it after you play them.

Battling



When you battle, Try to Lower their Defense and attack. Or you could attack if you have the Advantage. Hold "R" to Check some of the Moves your pokemon Have. Do your Best!
