Hot Mulled Cider 
This Cider 
is great for the simple feast or for the Grand Rite of Bringing Down the Moon. 
When preparing for a Wedding or vow renewal, I would recomend using a fresh, 
non-fermented bevarage, to represent the new beginning. 
  
  
    | 
        
        
          | 1/2 cup brown sugar | 1 teaspoon whole cloves |  
          | 1/4 teaspoon salt | 3 inch stick cinnamon |  
          | 2 qts. cider | Orange slices |  | 
  
    | 1 teaspoon whole allspice | 
  - Combine: 
  
- brown sugar, salt, and cider. 
  - tie spices in small piece of cheesecloth: 
  - add.
Slowly bring to boil and simmer covered for 20 minutes. Remove spices. Best 
Served hot. Float clove studded orange slices on top. 
May serve 10.
