Cathy  has been actively involved in the sport of showing and breeding dogs for about 30 years and began with an Australian Terrier who was quickly followed by what has become a livelong love, the Japanese Chins and the Shih Tzu.  Cathy is licenced to judge Toys, Hounds and Non Sporting dogs and  to award challenges in all these breeds.  She is also President of the Wellington Toy Dog Club and has been awarded the honour of life membership.

Whilst  Gordon respects and enjoys the wins from the show scene  he would much rather be at home with our pets on his knee.  Gordon has been very involved in rugby administration for many years  but over the past years, both of us have become outdoor bowlers and bowl whenever we can.  We are both  very involved in Club administration with Cathy being the first woman President of our Bowling Club in 100 years. 

Both of us share a love of the animals, with the Birman Cats becoming members of our family some years ago.
