Real or Fake?

I find it very hard to believe it could be real,
however, it did come with this message,
claiming to be the photo of the year.

"Camera found of one of the thousands missing in the WTC disaster.
Somehow this guys camera survived a 400m, 110 floor fall.
And this is the amazing footage inside the camera.
Unfortunately, no news on the guy, or the person taking the photo."
