Dr. Josef Mengele
Josef Mengele was a doctor at the Auschwitz extermination camp. He was appointed chief doctor by Himmler himself. He helped decide which prisoners would work, which ones would become medical test subjects, and which ones would be gassed. His main experiments involved twins, dwarfs, and contagious diseases.

Typhoid and Tuberculosis, the two diseases Mengele worked with, were used to see how different races reacted to them. He mostly used Gypsy twins for this purpose.

Mengele's purpose with twins was to find a way to double the birth rate for the Aryan Race. He was trying to find a way to fill the world up with blonde hair, blue eyed people faster. He killed the twins and examined their internal organs. He also injected one twin with various chemicals in order to change their hair, eye, and skin color while leaviog the other twin as he or she originally was for a comparison. He ended up killing both of then when he was finished.
