I now (8/26/06) have a 2003 Cavalier in yellow. It's not bad. It gets me places. It's shiney.

I once had the 300ZX mentioned below, but now I drive a 1997 Buick LeSabre. It's a nice car, and largely unmodified, although I have done some repairs on it. So, without any further ado I'll add pictures!

It's my baby, a 1987 300ZX, naturally aspirated (non-turbo, for those who don't know). It's got the manual, and a red interior (can't see in the pictures). I've had to do some work to it, including fixing a shorting fuel pump, and replacing the stock antenna, that was broken off by the buffoon that put that spoiler on there, which I've finally identified as a F40 style West Wings spoiler, as a side note (sold for $357, how? it's beyond me). (it wasn't me...) Then there's the Brospeed exhaust, I believe it was only a muffler back job, but at least it's a freer flowing exhaust than stock, and it's stainless steel.

My "Mods"/repairs to the car:

  • Clarion MP3 CD player head unit
  • Changed antenna (minor, very)
  • Repaired shorting (i.e. insulated contacts) in my fuel pump
  • Fixed the first rust hole in the exhaust header, had to weld on a metal patch
  • New rear axles with their accompanying CV joints
  • New front tie rod end (passenger side, driver side to follow)
  • New clutch
  • New rear shocks
  • New front brake pads
  • Replaced the rear brakes, with race spec Brembo, Stillen and rebuilt parts, as well as the master cylinder, and other assorted rusted parts... grrr... corrosion...

Well, I have some pictures of it, so here ya go:
