| What is currently happening... ~~~ As of July 14, 2004 ~~~ I really should update this section more often, but I dont have the time - for more updated info, you're better off checking the post archives - Kain Currently a Fog of Nightmares plagues the people of Baron, to injure them in anyway possible whether it be physically or mentally. The characters are currently trying to fight off the Nightmares and bring and end to the fog. ~~~ As of January 1, 2004~~~ Garret is acting strangely since the attack on Mana at the Latern festival. Some suspect that it is because of Golbez's feelings towards the girl. More characters show up to add more twists to the story. Eric and company are preparing for a journey to Mt. Ordeals so that he can become a paladin. Ryuu and Ken left Baron to recover and think of a new plan of action. Morryigan and Oskar attempted to take Rosa's life but were caught and mysteriously murdered while in their jail cells. ~~~As of August 1, 2003~~~ The group is enjoying themselves at the Lantern Festival - even Golbez! (It's the end of the FFIV world! Golbez smiled!) Garret seems to be becoming more enraged at the fact that Golbez has taken a liking to Mana. Mana's gift to Golbez is a robe that protects him from hostile intentions. Dorian, a relative of the Highwind family made an interesting observation about Golbez that sparked Ken's curiousity. Chrissa is becoming suspicious of Garret's behaviour and Rosa is trying to enjoy herself. Carasha tags along with Ken to learn more about Ryuu only to be teased. ~~~As of July 1, 2003~~~ Highlights: Mana has resigned as leader to the dragoons. Ken has hatched a plot against Golbez. Ryuu has shown in public that he is not a total idiot and is setting up for the Lantern Festival. Rosa confronts Edward to tell her the truth that everyone has been hiding. Edge and Rydia enter into the RPG. Eric's going to achieve his dream as a paladin. Carasha has more notes on certain characters after spying on them. 'Cecil' is actually called Amasa and has a hidden agenda that needs to be done at Baron. So far he is an ally but for how long? Garret is upset that Mana left Golbez in charge of the dragoons and not him. Villian targets: Morryigan + Oskar are after Rosa Ken + Garret are after Golbez Kluya is after Mana and anyone else foolish enough to help her. ~~~As of June 15, 2003~~~ Incentus the black mage encounters the group and Ryuu tells the group a strange story to pass the time and ease the tensions. This story does not go well with Ken, who can see the group through the fire thanks to Ryuu's enchantment. The group overcomes the problem with the storm and Golbez encounters Morryigan and Oskar as well as has his suspicions about Ryuu rise. When the group finally make it to the excavation site, Rosa is split away from Golbez by Ryuu as the group is again divided. This causes for more worry but it seems as Ryuu took Rosa and Edward down a safer place then where Mana and the others were going. Alex accidentally triggers a ruin guardian which Mana seems to know about .... A man with a pale complexion who looks strangely a LOT like Cecil and Golbez appears and he seems to know what is going on. Is he Cecil back from the dead? Group 1 consists of Mana, Golbez, Alex, Chrissa, Carasha, Eric and Cecil (?) Group 2 consists of Rosa, Ryuu, Runic, Edward and Incentus ~~~As of May 24, 2003~~~ Garret is just having a blast being Rosa while more about Ken's personality is revealed. Ryuu is trying to lift everyone's spirits and is trying to get to know everyone better although it seems as Golbez is being non co-operative in this matter. The travelling group is then caught in a mystical storm created by enemies they have yet to identify. Carasha, who was trailing the group also is caught in the fake storm and joins the group for shelter. More of Mana's spacy behaviour is shown as well as Edward's and Chrissa's efforts to keep Rosa ignorant of the attack on Baron even if she secretly already knows that everyone lied to her. ~~~As of March 8, 2003~~~ Rosa's group returned from a festival being held at Toroia. On route to Baron they were ambushed by theives. They run into Ken who assists them to defeat the enemy and who escorts them back home. Back at Baron, Golbez finishes off the mysterious attackers with his power and Garret's alliegence comes into question. Garret makes up an excuse to explain the damages to Baron Castle. Everyone regroups at Highwind Manor and it seems as though Ken has a grudge against Golbez. Tensions run high and Ryuu mysteriously bursts into the scene to break it. It is revealed that Ken and Ryuu are the idols at the concert. As everything seems to be settling down, Ryuu comes up with a plan for some adventure that he says will assist Baron's economy. Rosa finds out she has been lied to by her friends and it seems Ryuu has a split personality only Carasha has seen... Now all that is left to be decided on is who is going to go on Ryuu's little side quest.... |
