Finally i have almost finish the page that i have been making for about a week. I do hope that
this webpage can provide info for those who are really crazy about all these dramas from japan
and korea. I think they have really did very well in producing all these capivating shows. I
hope the two TV stations in singapore will bring us more of them.

Who says that TV drama does not help in economy. In a recent report, due to the popularity
of the korean drama and music, there is an double increase in the exports of korean product.
There is also a very sharp increase in tourists visiting korea. This shows the power of TV!!

Lately Channel 8 has been very aggressive when it come to airing korean show. They have
added a new time slot on sunday at 11AM for korean drama. Apart from that they have also
acquired quite a few korean movies. The most recent that will be aired is Christmas In
August. I have also get to know that one of the movie by Jang Dong Gun (should be Friends)
will also be aired soon. So look out for the latest news here if you do not have time to
catch all the timing of the shows.

First of all i like to clarify the mistake i had made in the previous report. The movie,
Friend will not be shown on TV rather it will open at cinema from 10 Jan. According the
STRAITS TIMES report it has been Shiri and JSA as the new box office champ. If you are
interested the report is on STRAITS TIMES Life section dated 9 Jan 2002.
