These are the basic rules which every Wiccan acknowledges and obeys... They are known as the Wiccan Rede, The charge of the Goddess, and the The Law of Three-fold Return.......
The Wiccan Rede:
"Bide the Wiccan Law ye must,
With perfect love and perfect trust,
Eight words the Wiccan rede fufil;
'An it harm none, Do as ye will.'
What ye send out, comes back to ye,
So ever mind the Law of Three.
Follow the with minds and hearts,
Merry in meet, merry in part."
The Law of Three-Fold Return:
This is very similer to the Christian "Golden Rule."
This law says that whatever energy a person sends out-be it spells or any other energy- will return to the sender... times three. In other words, leave the voodoo dolls and the "Turn your ex-boyfriend into a toad" books alone. Stay away from them. They have loads of negative energy in them, since they are used to hurt others. Only mean nasty people resort to that nonsense.
