TASKS

You had to know that I would want something in writing to tell me what you thought about this activity. E-mail me and tell me the answers to the following questions:

1) Where in the world did you travel on your WebQuest?

2) What are the names of 3 museums in that location (ex. London, England)?

3) Which one did you choose and why?

4) What did you see that made you pick this museum over the other two?

5) What search engine did you use?

6) What was the Internet address for the museum that you chose?

7) If you wanted to, could you find this researched interest, here in the United States? Where? Have you seen it? Why/Why not?

8) You are a research scientist. Explain the differences in getting information in the following eras:

a) 1900

b) 1950

c) 2000

d) 2050

How will you conduct your research on different subjects or personal interests in these separate eras? Explain all 4 eras!!

9) If you could, would you go and visit this museum? Explain Why or Why not?

10) What was your interest, which actually started you on your WebQuest?

11) What is your opinion on the idea of using only the Internet to get all of your information, learning, and life’s needs? Please explain! Pros and Cons! Would you survive? Why or Why not?

12) Did you enjoy this WebQuest? Tell me about your journey and why it was/was not fun and easy.

13) Now that you’ve seen my webpage, I’d love to see yours. Please give me your website address so that I can take a journey into your minds?!

Answer ALL the questions on paper first! E-mail may not come through and you’ll still have your hard copy!! Just the number and the answers, as always, I have the questions on my page! Don’t waste your time, you only have so much!

Thank you for your help!

I look forward to reading your responses!

Dr. Axel Q. Ward, D.C.
