Reason for creating these chars : Well I am form Cape Town with a 56k modem, so that basically rules out `enjoyable` battlenet(at least with my current service provider). And on single play, I have only managed to find 2 Elite Uniques with my clvl80 Assasin, and haven`t come close to completing any of the new sets. After seeing these new weapons in action, it brought back the `good` feeling for diablo and I played a while longer, I just hope that this manages to do the same for you ! These characters still have EVERY single stat point and skill points available !! Which leaves you to customize the character as u c fit. Possible uses for chars : Well they could be used in some kind of competitive sense e.g. A race to c who can finish all 3 difficulty settings the fastest, or who can kill Diablo with the least number of hits / or spells. (Hey I am racking my brain here ;-) Or look at it this way, u at least wont be be haggling over whos chance it is for the next rare item in a multiplayer session! I have also included the class specific uniques, as there are only 1 per character, except for the spoilt Amazon which has 3. There are also 1 or 2 extra uniques that I have randomly chosen for each character. Your quest is now to find those uniques that complement your characters skillz. Dont know what u are looking for ? Pop over to www.Diabloii.net , they have extensive lists of all the items to be found in the game. I have included 1 item which has not been enabled yet ! C the collumn ring ? Well that is the characters who have the ellusive Constricting ring ! An old favourite from Daiblo I, as all the Elite Uniques are. The only problem at the moment is the abnormally high lvl requirement. I will let you mess around with your characters for a while before I give a solution to the problem. (u have enough to play with for now !) The Amazon is such a low level because if you`ve ever played online, you would have noticed that the top 1000 players are dominated by this class. The main reason is arguably THE most powerfull weapon in the game in conjuction with Strafe or Multishot. I have included this weapon and left it up to you to find the other 2 Holy Grails of Amazon Mythology, the Windforce and Eagle Horn. Trust me they are worth the effort of finding. And if reaching Hell difficulty was an insurmountable quest for you... I just made it alot easier ! Any comments of how I could make the characters a bit better (as if they are not good enough) are most welcome :

Now unfortunately D2 Classic Uniques and set items dont come close to those found in LOD. So it is very likely that you will find WAY better rares and I encourage you to do this ! This is also why I did not make them such a high level, cause there is no need. eg the highest defense for a unique is 477 (depending on enhanced defense of coarse) but rares and magic itmes with the godly(?) prefix can reach 900 defense. I got that with a superior Ancient armour and the 6 perfect skull cube recipe, But I think that blizzard nerfed that one and u cant get the great mods anymore ?! Your best bet would be Charsi with a high level character.
