| Chapter 21 "Hee Jun hyung…Are you sure that Kang Ta's ok?" Hye Sung asked. Hee Jun shrugged. "I really have no idea," Hee Jun answered. "Do you think…that Kang Ta…went insane?" Jun Jin asked. It was hard for him to get the words out. The other people looked at him and sighed. "What can we do?" Hee Jun asked. "Now there's something else that happened. The other people looked at him. "Gina disappeared. She had some more things about Celeste and about the Messengers of Death but she disappeared." "What are we going to do now?" Hye Sung asked. *********************************************** "She's not dead yet, is she?" Brian asked a guy that was dressed in all black. The guy - a really young man with beautiful features - laughed before he answered Brian. "You're talking about the most skilled in the team, right?" the person asked. "Alex…" Brian began. "Yeah, yeah," the guy named Alex replied. "I know. She's not dead yet." "Are there any ways that you can know her real name?" Brian asked. "They still don't think that it's Sharon. To tell you the truth, I find it hard to believe that it's Sharon also. The day at Fany's house…You should have seen her. If it was an act, I never saw a person that could act that real." "You should know enough about the Messengers of Death to know that I would have no way to finding out what the other members do not want to tell. She never told anyone her real name. We call her Clouds," Alex said. Brian suddenly burst out laughing. "Why clouds?" Brian asked. Don't clouds get moved easily? Just a little bit of wind and it would float away. "Because clouds can cover the brightest things on Earth," Alex said as he looked at Brian as if he was being silly. "There's really nothing to laugh about. In the Messengers of Death, you could use any name. There are people that use other names that I would not mention because then you would be laughing and not listening to what I'm saying." "Okay," Brian said as he straightened himself up again. "You know about the attempted killings of the four girls in the hotel right?" Alex nodded. "There's two kind of people that the Messengers of Death would actually send someone out to kill," Alex said. "The first one is the one that everyone knows about. That is the person that our client wants to kill. In other words, for money. The second type of people is the people who pry into the business of the Messengers of Death. Seriously, Brian, if I didn't become friends with you before I joined the Messengers of Death, you're dead." He ended that with a laugh. He was kind of a happy person. People would never would have guessed that this guy was a killer. He was really similar to Kang Ta in some ways but there were some differences. "Very funny," Brian said. "I'm not kidding, Brian," Alex said as he stopped laughing. "We don't like people to pry into our business. If it isn't because you are my friend, I would not risk my life to help you. You know that this would be counted as betrayal and I would be their newest victim to kill." Brian looked at him. "I'm sorry," Brian said. "There's no need," Alex said. "We're friends and I'm willing to do this but let me warn you: Spies are pretty much useless. I don't know how you got that girl but she is good for a young girl. She actually found some things about the Messengers of Death. That's why she is being run after. I suggest that you tell your friends to tell her that they don't want to know about the Messengers of Death anymore." "You think that they would listen to me?" Brian asked. "Why not?" Alex asked. "Besides, we don't know if the four girls are still alive or not," Brian said. *********************************************** "I want…" Andy was at the police station but when he saw the young girl, he stopped what he was about to say. "What did you say you want?" the young girl said with a smile. "But…" Andy said as he pointed at the girl. "What? A girl that's in her teens can't work here? Have you ever heard of child prodigy?" the girl said. "But…" "Just tell me your problem and I'll try to help you. How's that?" the girl asked. "There are people after my friends and I can't find them right now," Andy said as he started to blush. Little did he know that the young girl was laughing at him in her brain. "Ok," the girl said as she wrote down what he said. Andy then told her more information and she wrote it down. After a few minutes, the girl recapped her pen and said, "That's all I need." "Um…may I ask you for your name?" Andy asked. "Oh! My name is Shin Ji." *********************************************** "Still no news about Gina and the other girls?" Hee Jun asked Andy. Andy shook his head. It was about one week already. Suddenly, his cell phone rang. "Hello?…Shin Ji?…You got more…I'll be right there," Andy then got up after he shut his cell phone and went to the door. "Where are you going?" Hye Sung asked. "That girl at the police station found some things," Andy replied. *********************************************** "Now…The blood is by a girl named Gina all right but some of the blood is not only by her. We found blood of other people so we suspect that she is still alive," Shin Ji said. "Really?" Andy said happily. Shin Ji looked at him with a raised eyebrow. "Your girl?" Shin Ji asked. Andy blushed and shook his head. "My friend," Andy said. "Oh," Shin Ji replied. "That's all for now. We'll call you when there's more information." "Ok," Andy answered. *********************************************** "What is your problem if I may ask?" Chibi was outside of Woo Hyuk and Tony's house with Hanna. Hanna had her arms crossed in front of her and she was looking at somewhere else. "What are you talking about?" Hanna said as she gave a yawn. "You know exactly what I'm talking about," Chibi said. "You did that purposely." "What? Oh! You're talking about how I accidentally tripped you in front of Hyukkie?" Hanna said with a short laugh. "I didn't mean to laugh…but I just felt that it was kind of funny." Chibi looked at her fiercely. They were both taking care of Woo Hyuk. Chibi felt that Hanna liked Woo Hyuk and everything but she was also trying to eliminate all girls around Woo Hyuk. Earlier in the day, Hanna "accidentally" tripped Chibi with her feet in front of Woo Hyuk when Chibi was walking pass in front of her. "You think that I don't know that you did that on purpose?" Chibi said. "Oh! You actually think that I did that on purpose?" Hanna said in a clearly fake shock. "Yeah," Chibi answered. "Well of course I would not do that! Especially with Hyukkie there," Hanna said. Hyukkie this, Hyukkie that. Chibi was getting tired of Hanna calling Woo Hyuk like that. Every time she was there, she saw that Hanna was trying to get close to Woo Hyuk and the way that Hanna act as if she was Woo Hyuk's girl…How much that pissed her off! Woo Hyuk didn't even say anything about taking her as his girl! "Sure you didn't do that on purpose," Chibi said. "I didn't and I don't care if you believe me or not. As long as Hyukkie believes me," Hanna said with a smile of victory. "Hanna," Woo Hyuk suddenly called from inside. Hanna immediately went into the house. "Yes, Hyukkie oppa?" Hanna immediately said in the sweetest voice that she had. She looked at Woo Hyuk. Just look at him! How can anyone not like him? But too bad. She was going to get him no matter what… "Can you help me buy a few things?" Woo Hyuk asked with a light smile. Chibi saw all of this and was already fuming. "Tony made a list but I don't have time to go out…" He's not my boyfriend anyway. The most that we are, are friends. Nothing more than that. Chibi kept telling that to herself. "Sure, Hyukkie oppa," Hanna said as she went to get the list. When she went pass Chibi, she gave her a victorious look. After she left, Chibi immediately slammed the door behind her and stared at the door as if it was Hanna. "Chibi," Woo Hyuk suddenly called out. Chibi turned around and looked at him angrily. How could he do this to her? And she actually thought that they were at least friends. "What do you want?" Chibi asked harshly on purpose. "Come over here," Woo Hyuk said, indicating the seat beside him. Chibi walked over reluctantly and sat down. He pulled her over by her arm and looked around her. "Does it still hurt?" Chibi looked at him, confused. "Did you hurt yourself when you fell?" Chibi looked at him and suddenly felt like crying. The tears came down and Woo Hyuk wiped them away. "Why are you crying?" "You are so mean to me. Why are you so nice to Hanna? I knew you before her and I feel that you are being nicer to her than to me. And I actually thought that we were friends," Chibi said as she cried even harder as she said each sentence. Woo Hyuk looked at her for a second and then pulled her gently into his arms. "Are we just friends?" Woo Hyuk asked. Chibi suddenly stopped crying and looked up at his face. "What…what do you mean?" Chibi asked. "Are we just friends?" Woo Hyuk repeated. "You really think that I just like you as a friend? Or are you just pretending?" "I don't know what you are talking about," Chibi said as she tried to push Woo Hyuk away but Woo Hyuk would not allow that. "Miya," Woo Hyuk said. Uh oh…He's angry. Chibi knew that. Miya was her real name and Chibi was just her nickname. Most of the people would only call her Miya when they were angry at her and Woo Hyuk was one of them. "Why are you angry at me?" Chibi asked. "Because you're trying to run away from me," Woo Hyuk said gently as he looked into her eyes. Chibi blushed a little. "I'm not," Chibi denied. "Then tell me," Woo Hyuk said as he forced her look at him. "Do you only like me as a friend?" After a little while, Chibi slowly shook her head. Woo Hyuk smiled and hugged her harder. "How can you think that I like Hanna more than you? You know that you are all that I have left after Sharon left, right?" Chibi looked at him and gently kissed him.^^ *********************************************** "What are you doing here?" Hanna asked the girl. "Just seeing an amazing site," the female said. She was the killer sent to kill H.O.T again. "What?" Hanna asked. "You would have never done these stuff if you were the old Hanna. Buying stuff, taking care of people…all because of oppa," the female said with a smirk. "If I were you, I wouldn't be talking," Hanna said. "Who would think that you would do all these things for only one man also." The killer looked at her with a cold stare. "Don't look at me like that. You know that I'm not afraid of you." The female then looked away. "It's the truth. Admit it. You fell in love with Kang Ta." "I don't have to because it's not true," the female said. "Stop talking against your feelings," Hanna said with a smile. "I know that you like him. By the way that you would look at him and everything. At that time, you were not thinking about how to complete the mission but about how you could spend the rest of your life with him." "No," the female said. How could she know everything that was in her heart? There was no one in the world that could ever do this except for Hanna… "It's true," Hanna said. "I think that you should go back and think about it. Oh yeah! And also think about the next way to kill H.O.T. Your time is almost up. You wouldn't your reputation to be broken like that, Clouds." "I know what I'm doing," the female said. "I'm just afraid that when you see Kang Ta, you forget what you were thinking," Hanna said. *********************************************** Chapter 22 "I thought that we just met yesterday," the killer said to Hanna. "I just thought that you would like to know that if you don't get the mission done soon, they are going to send out Rain," Hanna said after a short laugh. "Rain?" Clouds asked. "Yeah. Remember him? The person that was your first and last student?" Hanna asked. "He doesn't have to ability to do that," Clouds said. "That's what you think," Hanna said. "I'm afraid that you don't know this but the leader of the team himself taught Rain after you received this mission." "Why?" Clouds asked. "Because he's afraid that you would listen to your feelings instead of your mission," Hanna answered. "Rain…He's always against me," Clouds said. The rain comes from the clouds. Now, the rain wants to eliminate the clouds. Hanna nodded. "He was never a feminist," Hanna said. "He feels that it's unfair that you should have the reputation of being the most skilled." "And he thinks that he could take my place after eliminating me," she said. "That's right," Hanna said. "Rain knows that this is the best time to eliminate you because this involves Hyukkie and Kang Ta." "That would never happen," Clouds said. She then looked at Hanna. "Since when did you start calling oppa Hyukkie?" Hanna just smiled. *********************************************** "Should I tell them?" Fae asked herself. She just caught Hanna talking to a girl and that girl looks exactly like Sharon. The only thing that she knows right now is that she would have to be careful because she was too close to them. It was a matter of feet not miles. They could easily find her and then… Finally, Hanna turned around and left while the girl who looked like Sharon watched her leave. Then, the girl left. Fae walked quietly and quickly away. She knew that she would have to tell Jae Won or at least someone… *********************************************** "Hello?" Fae said through the telephone. "Fae?" Jae Won answered from the other side of the phone. "I have something to tell you…Can you come to the café that we usually go to?" Fae asked. "Sure. I'll be there in a second," Jae Won said. Please don't let them know that she saw them…Or else she might end up like Gina and the rest of the girls… *********************************************** Jun Jin was walking in a pharmacy. He was there to buy some bandages and things for a cut because Hee Jun - yep Hee Jun - cut himself when he was trying to cook earlier at Kang Ta's house. He was looking at the bandages when a girl walked up beside him. Jun Jin looked at her. A pretty girl with bright green eyes which might as well be from contacts and light brown hair. She seemed to be looking for something but she couldn't quite find it. "Are…you looking for something?" Jun Jin asked. The girl looked at him. "Yeah," the girl said. "I'm looking for the aspirin and the tweezers but I don't see them." Jun Jin helped her look for it and found that the aspirin was on the higher shelves. "It's over there," Jun Jin pointed out. The girl looked at it and grimaced. "How am I going to get that?" the girl mumbled to herself. Jun Jin then helped her get it down. The girl smiled. "Thanks," the girl said. "It's ok," Jun Jin said, smiling back. "Why do you need the aspirin and the tweezers?" They were now looking for the tweezers. "My friend got hurt," the girl said. "Oh," Jun Jin said. He then turned around and looked at the girl. "My name is Jun Jin." The girl laughed a little. "I know," the girl said. "From Shinhwa. My name is Sung Mi." "Oh…hehe," Jun Jin said with a laugh. He then suddenly thought of something. "Sung Mi?" "Yeah," Sung Mi said. "Wait! You're the friend of Andy and Eric right? The people who asked Gina to look for the information on the Messengers of Death and that blind girl!" "Yeah!" Jun Jin answered. "What happened to Gina?" "That day, when Andy called, there were people who were dressed in all black. They came in and started shooting at us with guns," Sung Mi said. "How did you get out?" Jun Jin asked. "I'll tell you that later," Sung Mi said. "Can you tell your friends to go to that restaurant across the street? I'll bring Gina and the rest of the girls there." "Ok." *********************************************** "Are you sure about this, Jun Jin?" Hee Jun asked. The rest of the people were on the van to go to the restaurant except for Jae Won, who was taking care of Kang Ta and Tony, who's taking care of Woo Hyuk. "I'm pretty much sure. If we're not sure, we can wait on the outside and see if Eric and Andy would recognize them," Jun Jin said as he looked at Eric and then Andy, who was telling the driver to drive faster from the front seat. *********************************************** "Gina!" Andy called out when he saw her in the restaurant. He ran over and pulled Gina into his arms. Gina and the rest of the girls looked at him in shock. "Do you know that I was so worried about you? Why didn't you call us?" The rest of the members of Shinhwa and Hee Jun looked at him in shock. What's with the outbreaks of Andy? He seems to have a lot these days after he knew Gina. "Um…Can you first let go of me because you're hurting my shoulder," Gina said. She had a expression of pain on her face. Andy let go of her and looked at her. "You got hurt on the shoulder?" Andy asked. Gina nodded. "Can we go back to where I'm at right now?" Gina asked. "I still have to take the bullet out of my shoulder…" "Ok," Andy immediately said as he helped her out of the restaurant. *********************************************** "Jae Won oppa?" Celeste suddenly called out. Jae Won was at Kang Ta's house. Jae Won suddenly looked at her with a weird look. "Yes," Jae Won asked. His voice was shaking a little. Can't really blame him… "Can you help me with this?" Celeste asked. "Sure," Jae Won said carefully as he remembered what Fae had told him before he came back to look after Kang Ta because the others had to go out. *********************************************** "Fae!" Jae Won said as he walked into the café. "Jae Won," Fae said. "I got to tell you something." Jae Won sat in the seat nearest the Fae. "What happened?" Jae Won asked. "I was just going out. I came upon this little street and I saw Hanna with someone," Fae said. "That's no big deal," Jae Won said. "I know. The big deal is that she was with someone who looks exactly like Sharon," Fae said. "What…What are you thinking?" Jae Won asked carefully. "There's only two people with that kind of face," Fae said. "Sharon and Celeste. Either the news was fake and that girl would be Sharon or the news is real and the girl is Celeste." "But if the news is real, there's no big deal that it would be Celeste," Jae Won said. "Besides, it's pretty obvious which one is Sharon and which one is Celeste after a while. They have too much differences." Fae shook her head. "You don't get what I'm saying," Fae said. "If that girl is Sharon, then it would be ok because then it's possible that she's just seeing a friend. However, if that girl is Celeste, that would prove that she's not blind." Jae Won suddenly understood everything that she was saying. "And that would mean that Celeste was acting it all out that she's blind all the time so she could go to the backstage and meet with the rest of us," Jae Won said. Fae nodded. "That's the scariest part. Why would she want to do all of this?" Fae asked. "Unless…" *********************************************** Chapter 23 The doorbell in Kang Ta's house rang. Jae Won walked over to open the door and found Yu Mee there. "Hi Jae Won oppa!" Yu Mee said with a friendly smile. If Celeste was really acting it all out, then Yu Mee might have known all along that she was not blind and she might be a helper of Celeste, Jae Won thought. How scary could people be! "How's Kang Ta oppa?" Yu Mee asked with a worried expression. "He's getting better now. At least he's starting to smile a little bit more," Jae Won said. How weird that after Kang Ta went to see the dead body, he started to be a little happier. Most of the people feel that he went insane. "That's good," Yu Mee said. "Celeste suddenly call me the other day and started crying that Kang Ta was locking himself up." "Yeah," Jae Won said as he looked carefully at Yu Mee, trying to find some clues about whether or not she was lying. "I'm going in to see Celeste and Kang Ta, ok?" Yu Mee said as she walked into Kang Ta's room. *********************************************** "You mean that you can't find out about the real name of the person sent after us?" Hee Jun asked as he looked at Gina. Gina nodded. "The Messengers of Death have the privilege of choosing to use their real name or using a name that he or she made up," Gina explained. "The killer uses the name Clouds." "And she has a student called Rain, if you want to know," suddenly, they heard someone speak out. They looked toward the door and they saw Brian and Fany with another guy. "Brian?" Hee Jun asked. Brian nodded and walked in with the other two. The other guy looked outside before he closed the door quickly. They all looked at this stranger. "This is my friend, Alex. He's from the Messengers of Death," Brian explained. The people were looking at Alex with surprise. If a person would look at him quickly, they could easily mistook him for Kang Ta. He also had beautiful features and there was a feeling of confidence that came from him that would remind people of Kang Ta. How can such a person be from a group of killers? "Are you sure that he's not going to kill all of us?" Hee Jun joked. He knew that this was the guy who helped them from getting killed the other day when they were about to celebrate of the reunion of Sharon and Woo Hyuk. The rest of the people laughed. "Yeah, and he helped us before," Brian said after a short laugh. Alex smiled. "Who's Rain?" Eugene suddenly asked Alex. "He's another killer in the group," Alex answered. "He was taught by Clouds and the leader of the team. He's going to be the second person that would be after you people." "But why?" Dong Wan asked. "There's a person who doesn't like it that you people are getting so famous. Cloud now has a few missions on her back. One if the lives of H.O.T and the other is the lives of Shinhwa and S.E.S," Alex said. "She just got the new mission two months ago." "But why us now?" Min Woo asked. "Your popularity is growing isn't it?" Alex asked. The other people nodded in agreement. Shinhwa was now getting more and more popular in foreign countries as well as in Korea. "There's no point of it though," Hee Jun said. "Why would they kill us? What's wrong with getting famous?" The other people laughed. "They don't like your hair, Hee Jun," Jun Jin said with a laugh. "And they don't like yours also," Hee Jun shot back. "I don't know the exact reason. The Messengers of Death never ask for a reason; they do the job for the money as all of you might have known already," Alex said. "What about you? Aren't you endangered for telling us these information?" Shoo asked. "Yeah. But I was friends with Brian before I went into the Messengers of Death. Their next victim could be Fly to the Sky, or even Boa," Alex answered. Everyone looked at the young girl. "Me?" Boa asked. Alex nodded. "Because the person doesn't like the people who are getting famous. Fly to the Sky rose to popularity in a pretty fast pace didn’t you people?" Alex asked. "But why me?" Boa asked. She was already worried about her oppadeul and unnie's lives already and now she has to worry about her own life? "Because you still have time to get more popular. You're just a young girl which mean that you have the time to get more and more famous," Alex answered. "I wonder what's wrong with that person," Min Woo said as he shook his head. "They should put that guy into an asylum." *********************************************** "They found Gina," Shin Ji said to Mushi and Tiffany. "Andy just called you?" Mushi asked. Shin Ji nodded. "I should get more information. Just give me a little more time," Shin Ji said. "Oh yeah," Tiffany said with a smile. "You're going to meet them again soon?" "Jae Won oppa told me to come home," Grace said. "Why?" Holly asked. "I feel that they don't want me to know some things," Grace answered. "But why?" Holly asked again. "I wonder if they are treating you the same way that they use to treat Sharon. It's pretty unfair to you because now you are part of their group but they are pushing you out of their circle." Grace looked at her. "I can't actually blame them. I heard a little from here and there that they went through a lot in the few weeks that they knew Sharon," Grace said. "How much can you possibly go through in a few weeks?" Holly asked. "Don't tell anyone this," Grace said. "I heard from one of the back dancers that they suspect that Sharon was a killer sent to kill H.O.T." "What!?" Holly exclaimed. "Don't tell anyone," Grace said. "It's sad. I feel sorry for Sharon sometimes." "Why?" Holly asked. "She's a killer." "But she's also the sister of Woo Hyuk oppa, the girlfriend of Kang Ta oppa, and the friend of the rest of the people," Grace said with a sigh. "I don't hate her. Trust me that I don't. I feel sorry for her. She must have went through a lot of things." *********************************************** "Hi Shin Ji!" Christah called out when she saw her in the park. She went to see Shin Ji with Esther. "How are you? We didn't see one another for such a long time!" Esther said. "Yeah, yeah. "Not that good," Esther answered. "How's Tiff and Mushi?" "Pretty good. Didn't get annoyed with me yet," Shin Ji said with a laugh. It's obvious that Clouds cannot finish her mission," the person said with a smirk. "She's your teacher though, Rain," the person said. "But she's a female," Rain said. "I'll show her how a man finish his mission quick and easy." "This is the first time that she's like this though. Are you sure that you can show her without letting her go after you?" the other person asked.
