** Title: Life and Death Contains: Shinhwa Prologue Have you ever been blocked out of an important relationship? Like the world you were just in turned around to the world of hell. It used to be heaven with lots of happiness, until one person comes out and ruins it. Your life changes and drowns into a bottomless pit, alone with no one there to support you. You feel abandoned, neglected, unloved, as the world of hatred swarms around you. All this is happening because of one thing. A thing so small, but can make a huge problem. A thing that can ruins one's all so happy life into the underworld of hell. Has that ever happened to you? And to still think, to be separated from the one you love most. The one that you care for the most, the one you would die for. To think that you would never seen that loved one again because of that one small thing… Chapter 1 Everyone knew the huge love between Min Woo and Sung Eun. People say that they were meant for each other for the two had the same class with each other. Others say they are inseparable and destined together for all their life, eternity. But then, there are those people, those people who don't believe that they are meant to be. They disapprove of the coupling and hate the huge love between Min Woo and Sung Eun. "Guess who?" Sung Eun covered Min Woo's eyes with her two warm hands. Min Woo grabbed the tip of her fingers, feeling them to see if it was really Sung Eun, but that was stupid for her knew her voice. "Sung Eun!" Min Woo smiled as he turned around, still holding onto Sung Eun's fingertips. "I have something for you." "What?" Sung Eun asked happily. Then Min Woo produced a velvet box. He opened it and revealed a silver necklace. "Engraved are both of our initials…" Min Woo took out the necklace as he tied it around her neck. Sung Eun was speechless. "It's beautiful, I'll keep it forever Wooie. And when I look at this necklace, I will think of you!" Sung Eun wrapped her arms around Min Woo as she gave him a kiss. Then he noticed a patch wrapped around her left arm. He was about to point it out, until… "Min Woo, Mr. Lee is looking for you," Min Woo's best friend Eric grabbed Min Woo's arm as they ran away from Sung Eun. "Oh really, well, catch you later Sung Eun!" Min Woo waved as he ran with Eric to Mr. Lee. Mr. Lee was not your normal teacher. Most teachers usually have projects and make you read the books, but not Mr. Lee. Mr. Lee makes you experience it and to make it more amusing, he is a science teacher. Min Woo wonders why Mr. Lee needed him. He did all the projects and experienced them, now what? "Mr. Lee! You called for me?" Min Woo asked as he saw Mr. Lee working away in his lab. "Yes, Min Woo. This year is the last year for you seniors…you have done so good in science my boy, but…" Mr. Lee paused for ten seconds. "But?" Min Woo urged Mr. Lee to continue. "I've decided to change your science class to advance college level, also, all your classes have been changed…" Mr. Lee also knew about the love between Min Woo and Sung Eun. Both Eric and Mr. Lee watched Min Woo intently, waiting for some sort of outraged response. "Oh…I see, what is my new schedule?" Min Woo asked slowly. Mr. Lee handed him the paper and Min Woo slowly accepted it. What did this mean? What did the change of class mean? Couldn't they have just changed the science period only? Why the hell did they have to change the whole schedule around? Min Woo would only miss one class with Sung Eun so what, but to think of loosing all classes, that was impossible. "All your classes are the same except science. I'm sorry to loose you, you were a great student," Mr. Lee shook his head in pity. "And I am sorry to not be in your class anymore," Min Woo smiled weakly as he and Eric walked out of Mr. Lee's class. "Let me see your schedule," Eric grabbed Min Woo's schedule as he looked through it. "Dang man, you have the exact same classes as Jun Jin…" "So? What's so bad about Jun Jin?" Min Woo asked. "Man, you don't know anything dude! Let's just say I warned you." "Whatever." "You have the same classes as Soo Chi. She's fine…" Eric drooled as he thought about Soo Chi. "Ask her out," Min Woo suggested. "Nah, it's too risky. I heard she liked someone, but it's not me." "How do you know?" "I just think that." "Ask her out! Before I do it for you!" It was just the end of school as the school bell rings. The ring of the bell is so strong that it could be heard in a mile. Min Woo waited for Sung Eun patiently. Minutes pass by, but no Sung Eun. What was taking so long? Then Eric ran up to Min Woo, panting furiously. Chapter 2 "Min Woo! Sung Eun slipped and hit her head! She's at the hospital, the one next to the school!" Eric heaved. "What?" Min Woo couldn't believe what happened. The one he loved for so long, for four years, has never been stopped like this. Min Woo dashed through the crowded sidewalks and ran in to the hospital. "Is she alright?" Min Woo burst into the hospital door and looked around. "Who my dear?" an old nurse ask as all the patients stared at him strangely. "MY girlfriend! Sung Eun!" Min Woo cried out. "She is on the second floor, room 305 my boy," the nurse looked Sung Eun up. "Thank you miss," Min Woo dashed to the elevator. For some reason the elevator was taking hell a long. Min Woo ran to the stairs and ran up the two long stairs. He huffed and heaved as he stormed into Sung Eun's room. Sun Eun was on the bed in patient clothes. Her head was wrapped thoroughly in white band aid as you can still see a dense of blood leaking through the back of her head. Her arm still had the cloth wrapped around from the morning. Sung Eun's eyes were closed tightly as if she has befallen to a long slumber. She drifted off to dream land as Min Woo walked towards her. He grabbed her hand. How could this have happened? "Sung Eun. Kim Sung Eun…" Min Woo breathed her name over and over. Sung Eun would not budge. A huge tear slipped down Min Woo's cheek as it slowly fell onto Sung Eun's white cheek. He leaned down and kissed her gently on her pale lips. Her lips were as cold as ice. Min Woo slowly pulled apart as he ran his fingers over her head down to her lips. Then Sung Eun's parents ran in. "Sung Eun ah!" Mrs. Kim cried drastically as she jumped into Sung Eun's arms. "She can't be dead, she can't…" Mr. Kim muttered over and over, dazed. He looked rather confused. "What do you mean Mr. Kim?" Min Woo asked as his eyes widened red. "No! Sung Eun ah! You can't die! You're my only daughter! Ahn dae!" Mrs. Kim cried as she drowned Sung Eun's pale face with tears. Then Sung Eun's eyes fluttered weakly. "Sung Eun?" Min Woo peered towards Sung Eun as a smile peered through his wet face. "Uhm ma (mom), I was pushed…by…by this girl…she was pretty…and…her name…her name…" Sung Eun did not complete her sentence. Her eyes close as she said no more. "No!" Min Woo cried out as more tears gushed out of his tearful eyes. Mrs. Kim wailed with sadness as Mr. Kim fell onto a nearby chair. Mrs. Kim fainted slowly as Mr. Kim caught her. "No…this can't be happening, she is alive!" Min Woo shook Sung Eun's arm, but with out luck, she did not revive. Sung Eun's necklace last glinted in the light as Min Woo left the hospital room. Min Woo walked in the dark streets, lazily walking to his house. Then he noticed a small food stand. He walked up and sat on a chair. "Alcohol please," Min Woo slammed down the money on the counter as the lady took out a bottle and a cup. "Anything else?" the lady asked as she took the money. Min Woo thought of getting something to eat. "No thank you." Min Woo grabbed the bottle as he poured himself a drink. He drank it down in one shot without a breath. In two minutes he finished a whole bottle. "Another one please," Min Woo took out more money. The lady took out another bottle. Min Woo poured another cup as he drank it down. Then he had the urge to chew on something. "Can I have some of that too?" Min Woo pointed at a shimmering pot of soup. "Sure," the lady ladled out a bowl. Min Woo ate the soup and finished it. Then he asked for the third bottle. Instead of pouring it into a cup, Min Woo drank it down from the bottle. "Whoa there big guy," Eric sat down next to Min Woo. "What's the drink?" Min Woo began to cry as he thought of the reason why he ended up in this food stand. "Okay…um, well, what happened to Sung Eun?" Eric asked as he bought himself a drink. "She's dead." Min Woo mumbled for he did not want to believe it. "What? She can't be! That's impossible!" Eric couldn't believe it. "Well, she is…" Min Woo went for his fourth drink. Then Eric stopped him. "No, don't," Eric pulled up Min Woo. "You stink." "Oh…I do?" Min Woo laughed drunkenly. Then he started to sing. "Shut up," Eric muttered as he struggled with Min Woo's weight. Min Woo shut up as he continued to smile. "Sung Eun's not dead. She's only sleeping. She's like sleeping beauty. She's beautiful. She's not dead…" Min Woo smiled. "She's alive. She's there with me. In here." Min Woo hit his heart as he smiled. Eric shrugged. "Yea, think like that. Sung Eun is alive. She is with you right now. Her sprit is always with you," a tear slipped from Eric's eye. Then Min Woo began to cry also. "Sung Eun, I love you!" Min Woo screamed through the empty streets. "You hear that Kim Sung Eun! Lee Min Woo loves you! He loves you hell a lot!" Eric screamed after. Chapter 3 "He's a bit off, no, he's hell off. He drank four bottles. Well, I better go, take care!" Eric left Min Woo into Hye Sung's arms. "Goodness Min Woo! I'm here studying while you are off drinking!" Hye Sung threw him onto Min Woo's bed as he waved the smell of alcohol. "Sung Eun…" Min Woo moaned as he squirmed around on his bed. Hye Sung shook his head. He didn't understand how Min Woo could be so obsessed with one girl. But you can't blame the poor guy; he never had a girlfriend himself. Hye Sung signed as he covered his roommate with a blanket. Then he decided to get ready for bed himself. "Huh?" Min Woo woke up to find himself on his bed. "Where am I?" "Um, your home. And um, you're on your bed. And you were sleeping…" Hye Sung just stared at Min Woo. "Really?" Min Woo stood up and then fell back into bed. "I…I have a huge headache…." "Well, maybe you shouldn't be drinking!" Hye Sung muttered. "No, well…um…" Min Woo didn't know what to say. "What? Tell me!" Hye Sung urged him. "I…I wonder when Sung Eun's funeral would be…" Min Woo whispered. "Huh? What? What the hell are you talking about?" Hye Sung asked. "She's dead foo," Min Woo screamed. Hye Sung's expression changed. "I'm sorry man…I didn't know…" Hye Sung didn't know what to do. "Yea, you didn't know," Min Woo shrugged as he washed his face. Hye Sung followed him to the bathroom. "It's your turn to make break- forget, it, I'll make it," Hye Sung left Min Woo as he headed towards the kitchen. "Yo, you aite?" Eric asked as he slapped Min Woo on the back. Min Woo shrugged. "I'm going to visit her right now." "What? School's gonna start soon!" Eric looked at his watch. "I don't care," Min Woo ran to the hospital. He went up to the nurse. "Is Kim Sung Eun still in room 305?" Min Woo asked. The nurse looked at her room sheet. "Kim Sung Eun? She left," the nurse muttered. "What?" Min Woo couldn't believe what he was hearing. Could she still be alive? "She disappeared. We think her body was stolen or something for the next morning, it was gone." The nurse explained. "What? How could that have happened?" Min Woo couldn't believe what he was hearing. "So we don't know…I sorry," the nurse said as Min Woo left to go back to school. "She's dead. She's dead." Min Woo repeated to himself. He walked into his first class, History. "Haha, loser, coming late, eh?" Jun Jin snickered. He was in the middle of a group of girls. "Shut up." Min Woo snapped. "Don't be talking like that to me punk!" Jun Jin stood up from his seat. All the girls whined. "Excuse me ladies." "I ain't no punk foo," Min Woo wasn't in the mood to be in a fight. Jun Jin got ready to give him a huge push. "Chill Jun Jin! Just chill!" Soo Chi stopped Jun Jin from his aim. Jun Jin liked Soo Chi, so he listened to her. "You lucky, Soo Chi came and saved you," Jun Jin smirked as he sat back down. Min Woo shrugged. "So, Min Woo, what's up?" Soo Chi asked. "Nothing…" Min Woo wasn't in the mood to talk. Soo Chi got the message and left him alone. "I'll be over there," Soo Chi smiled as she left him. "That was Soo Chi!" Eric exclaimed. "So?" Min Woo didn't care. "You were sitting next to Soo Chi!" Eric couldn't believe it. "Ask her out, foo," Min Woo shrugged. "Should I?" "Yea." "Okay, here I go…" Eric walked up to Soo Chi. He paused for a second, but continued to walk towards her. "Ah-hem," Eric coughed. Soo Chi turned around. "Hi Eric!" Soo Chi smiled. "Hey, um, Soo Chi, well…I…um…" Eric didn't know what to say. "Yea, go on…" "I wanted to argh…I…" "Tell me!" "Will you go out with me?" Eric asked. Soo Chi looked as if she was trying hard not to laugh. "Well, will you?" "Eric…your cool and all, but…" Soo Chi stopped. "Why? What? What's wrong with me?" "It's not you. You're a great guy Eric, but I have someone in mind. I'm sorry," Soo Chi apologized. Eric slung back as he slowly walked back to Min Woo. "What happened?" Min Woo asked. "I got rejected. She had someone in her heart." "Who?" "I don't know, but whoever he is, I wish he'd go to hell," Eric cried out as he hit the table with his fists. ******************************************** Chapter 4 "Have you ever had a girlfriend?" "No, I never had one." "Do you intend to have one?" "I don't really care." "Is there a special someone lying somewhere in your heart?" "Yes, but I just don't know who it is." "What do you mean?" "I have this feeling, but I can't trigger on who it is leading to." "Mrs. Kim, where is she?" Min Woo asked. "I don't know honey, I don't know what happened!" Mrs. Kim wailed as tears fell unto her lap. "What should we do? What can we do?" Min Woo asked. "We know for sure that she is dead, but to see her body missing is terrible. All we can do is give up and forget about her, even though it is a very hard thing to do," Mrs. Kim let out more crying. "I can't bear to do that, but if it's the only thing we can do now, that is what I will do." Min Woo left their house as he walked back to his. He walked in, seeing the usual Hye Sung reading those fat books with tiny letters. Min Woo threw himself on the couch and turned on the television. "Make it lower!" Hye Sung cried out. Min Woo lowered the TV by pressing the volume button once. "More!" Again Min Woo press one. "More!" Min Woo pressed once. "You ignorant person!" Hye Sung ran in the room and snatched the remote control as he lowered the TV. Then he ran back to his reading. "Sorry," Min Woo muttered. "He's a guy from my English class. I know if you guys see him, you guys are probably going to think he's a dork, but really, I really think he's cool. I really like him." Mina looked at her friends, Soo Chi and Ara. "Well, um, show us who he is." Ara asked. "Okay, well, here it goes." Mina pointed at the guy she was crushing on for the past two days. "HIM?" Soo Chi pointed at Shin Hye Sung. "Hye Sung?! Isn't he like…like a dork?" Ara cried out. Mina was confused. She wasn't in this school for a while as Soo Chi and Ara were. Her mind filled with questions. "But they do match, look wise…" Soo Chi agreed. "You should ask him out." Ara advised. "Aren't guys the one who do that? I don't think its right for girls to do the asking…" Mina shook her head. "Mina! If you don't ask, you will never go out with him. He is a study freak! A nerd! He will never have the time to ask someone out!" Soo Chi cried out. "Ask him out right now," Ara pointed at Hye Sung. "Um…okay, I'll try." Mina slowly walked up to Hye Sung. It was in the middle of lunch as Hye Sung was reading the same fat book with tiny letters. Mina walked up to him as she sat down. Trying to look at what he was reading. Hye Sung still didn't notice her as he pulled his face more towards into the book. His glasses slightly fell lower on his nose. "What are you reading?" Mina asked. Hye Sung pointed at the front cover of his book. "Oh, that's cool. Do you know who I am?" Mina asked. Hye Sung shook his head no. "Um, I'm that girl in your English class. Mina!" Mina hoped Hye Sung knew who she was. Hye Sung shook his head no. "Well then, um, I'm Mina." "Hi Mina. I'm Hye Sung." "Hye Sung, I was thinking. I'm going to go to the movies and I was thinking if you would like to come along," Mina hoped he say yes. Hye Sung stared at her. "Um…" Hye Sung closed his fat book. He pushed his glasses closer onto his face. "Are you sure I'm the right person?" "Yes! Will you go?" Mina asked. "Um, okay, I guess." "It's a date, right?" Mina blushed as she said 'date'. Hye Sung shrugged. "Whatever." Hye Sung grabbed his backpack as he left Mina on the bench. "A date! Remember it's a date!" Mina called out. "I saw you with that girl Mina," Min Woo grinned. It has been a few months since the death of Sung Eun. Min Woo tried hard to forget about her, but it eventually worked. "Yea, so what?" Hye Sung asked as he threw his bag in his locker. "Aren't you happy? It's like your first date!" Min Woo gave Hye Sung a punch. "I bet its some trick. I don't really want to go, but I'll go since I promised…" Hye Sung shrugged. Chapter 5 'Where am I? How did I get here? Am I supposed to be here? Am I alone?' "Mom! I found I girl on the streets." Dong Wan pointed at a girl lying on the streets. "She probably fell or something, getting home fast before her parents get angry. It is pretty late," his mother shrugged. Dong Wan continued to watch the girl and shrugged as he went to his room. An hour later, Dong Wan checked to see if the girl was there. "Mother! She is still there!" Dong Wan cried out as he ran out of the house. His mother quickly followed as she brought a blanket. She wrapped the girl in the warm blanket as Dong Wan carried her to their house. "Mom, what are we going to do with her?" Dong Wan asked as he watched his mother wiping the girl's face with a wet towel. "Well, when she wakes up, we will see if she has an relation and try to get her home." "Oh okay." "How do I look?" Mina smiled proudly at her new dress. She twirled around in front of Soo Chi and Ara. "I'm sure Hye Sung likes it too," Soo Chi smiled as Ara worked on her hair. Mina slipped into her shoe, as she got ready to go over to Hye Sung's house. "Have fun!" Ara smiled as she and Soo Chi waved Mina goodbye. Mina drove to Hye Sung's house. She rang the doorbell as Min Woo answered it. "Hye Sung! For you!" Min Woo cried out as he went to get Hye Sung. Min Woo found Hye Sung trying to stick on a pair of contacts. "I can't put it on!" Hye Sung was frustrated. He poked his eye furiously with the contacts. "Let me help!" Min Woo grabbed the contact case. "NO!" Hye Sung snatched the case from Min Woo. Hye Sung quickly thrust it into his eye as he blinked furiously. Then he ran into the living room. "Hey Hye Sung!" Mina greeted. Hye Sung waved as he went out of the house with Mina. "Have a great time you two!" Min Woo cried out as they left. Hye Sung got into Mina's car as she drove to the movie theater. Hye Sung noticed the dress she was wearing. "How come you are wearing a dress?" Hye Sung asked. "It's pretty, huh?" Mina smiled at her dress. "Um…" Hye Sung had no comment. "It is…right?" Mina looked uneasily. To get it over with Hye Sung nodded. They got to the movies and chose a scary horror movie. "Ahh!" Mina grabbed on Hye Sung's arm as a monster popped out of the screen. "Um, it's okay, it's just a monster," Hye Sung didn't know what to do on such situations. "Ahhh!" Mina screamed again as she grabbed on Hye Sung's shirt. "It's okay, Mina, it's probably some guy in a costume…" Hye Sung patted her back slightly. "Your right, I'm being silly," Mina sat up as she continued to watch. "Ahh!" Mina once again grabbed Hye Sung's arm as she covered her eyes. "Maybe we should stop seeing this movie…" Hye Sung suggested. "Maybe your right." Mina agreed. The two got out of the movie theater as Mina decided to eat. Mina drove to a Mexican restaurant. "What should we eat?" Mina asked as she looked at the menu. "I don't know…" Hye Sung shrugged. He didn't bother to touch the menu. "I'm going to get combo #5, how about you?" Mina asked. "I'll get the same." Hye Sung shrugged. Mina ordered as Hye Sung drank his water. The two waited for their food patiently. "So Hye Sung, how's life?" Mina started a conversation. "Same as everyday," Hye Sung replied dully. Then their food arrived. Mina gulped down her food as Hye Sung played with it. Hye Sung picked his tacos with his fork and his beans were getting cold. Mina was half way done. Hye Sung slowly took one bite. Then he took another. "I guess I'm eating too fast, huh?" Mina said, embarrassed. "No, I'm just eating too slow." Hye Sung was on his third bite. "Um…want me to help you finish it?" Mina asked. "It's all yours," Hye Sung pushed his plate towards Mina. Mina ate most of it as dessert came. They each got a slice of chocolate cake. Hye Sung gulped it down in three pieces as Mina did the same. "I see you like chocolate, huh?" Mina smiled. "Yea," Hye Sung replied. He paid for the food. Mina drove Hye Sung home. She walked him up to his room where Min Woo patiently waited for him. "I had a fun night today, Hye Sung," Mina smiled. "Yea, well, I'll see you tomorrow," Hye Sung slowly closed the door as Mina went to her car. She drove home happily. "What happened Mina?" Ara asked. "Girl, you got to tell us everything!" Soo Chi cried out. "What did you guys eat for dinner?" Ara asked. "Mexican food…" "No! You shouldn't have, I should have warned you!" Soo Chi cried out. "Why?" Mina asked, surprised. "I heard from Min Woo that Hye Sung hates Mexican food…" "Oh! My bad…" Mina couldn't believe it, no wonder he didn't touch his food! Chapter 6 "I'm late!" Eric ran as fast as he can. He ran so fast and he bumped into a young man in a suit. The man patted his suit as he raised his eyebrow. "Oh, I'm sorry!" Eric bowed as he continued to run to school. The young man shrugged as he walked that direction. Eric ran into his classroom as the bell rang. "You were lucky!" Jun Jin grinned as he pointed at Eric. "Shut up," Eric muttered as he sat on his desk. "We have a new teacher today," Ara smiled at Eric. "Oh really? Who?" Eric asked. "I don't know, but I know he's a guy," Ara continued to smile. Then the teacher stepped into the classroom. Eric looked up and recognized the teacher. "Oh! Shoot! The guy I bumped into!" Eric tried to cover his face. "My name is Andy Lee, you guys can call me Andy," Andy looked at his students. "Your our age!" Jun Jin cried out in outrage. "Outside I am, but inside this classroom I am your teacher," Andy snapped at Jun Jin. Then he took out a book with the next lesson. "Today, we will be learning about English," Andy took out a huge book with tiny words. "OH joy," Jun Jin cried out sarcastically. Andy ignored him and continued the lesson. "Today, I will assign partners. You two will have to write a 100,000 words or more story. The two of you will think of a story and read it to the class. It could be any story and its main characters will be you. I will assign the partners…" Andy took out a paper and pen. He jotted down names as he scanned his eyes around the class. "Teach? You done? You taking hella slow!" Jun Jin cried out. Andy continued to ignore him. "Look at him! He looks younger than us!" Jun Jin continued. Andy held his patience. "I will tape this on the front door, you may see your partners at the end of class," Andy taped the paper on the door. The bell finally rang and everyone ran to see the list. Ara leaned towards as she scanned down the list. Eric Moon. Her partner was Eric! "So, I guess we're partners, huh?" Eric smiled as Ara turned around towards him. "Yea," Ara was glad it wasn't anyone like Jun Jin. "So, a story, eh? Let's create a tight story, aite?" Eric smiled. "Definitely! What should it be about?" "Do want to come over to my house and think about it?" Eric suggested. "Sure, when?" "How about today?" "Um, sure, why not?" Ara grabbed her books as she followed Eric. Eric led her to his car. They both got in. "So, where do you live?" Ara asked. "I live in a house…" "With…?" "My parents and my younger sister Emily," Eric brushed his hair back with one hand as the other was on the wheel. "How old is your sister?" Ara asked. "She's the same age as our teacher, sixteen," Eric explained. "SIXTEEN? Our teacher is only sixteen! That's hella messed up! Are they trying to make us look bad? Just one year younger than us!" Ara cried out in outrage. The two finally drive into a driveway. Ara looked up to the house. "That is not a house," Ara pointed at Eric's home. "Then what do you think it is?" Eric asked. "It's a mansion!" Ara exclaimed. "Hehe, that's what you think," Eric grinned as they got in. Eric threw his backpack on the couch as a servant quickly ran took it away. "I will put this in your room master Eric," the servant bowed as he took it away. Eric shrugged as he led Ara to his room. It was twice as big as her own with a bathroom. "Wow, your room is nice," Ara looked around. She walked up to his bookshelf and looked at his books. She scanned down his books and chose a random notebook. Then a picture fell onto the ground. Ara picked it up and looked at it closely. It was a badly taken picture of Soo Chi. "Oh that," Eric blushed as he took it away from Ara. "Why do you have a picture of Soo Chi?" Ara asked. "Oh, cause, I…I like her," Eric mumbled out shyly. "Oh," Ara was disappointed. "Why don't you ask her out?" "I did," Eric replied firmly. "What did she say?" "She said someone else was in her heart, do you know who that person is?" "No, I don't think so," Ara tried to think. "Oh, well, anyways, the story, what should we do about?" Eric asked cheerfully. "I don't know…" Ara answered dismally. Chapter 7 "This song…is dedicated to my one and only love…" The only thing she had was a necklace. The first initials were K.S.E. What name could that have been? "Kim Soon Ee! You sing pretty good, haha," Dong Wan cried out. Soon Ee blushed as she continued to sing to her brother and his friends. They were at no rae bang. She blushed as she looked at the words on the screen. Then she looked through the room next door. The huge glass window showed through to the other room. Soon Ee saw two boys smiling as they passed each other the microphone. Soon Ee smiled at the sight. "You will always be my first love…" Soon Ee finished the song as she gave the microphone to her brother. "Hm, what song should I do? Pick one for me Soon Ee," Dong Wan handed her the book. "How about First Love?" "What? Didn't you sing that one?" Dong Wan asked. "I just like that song so much," Soon Ee smiled lazily. "Um, nah, sorry Soon Ee, but I was thinking of, um, actually, I don't know, I'll just sing it," her brother pressed the numbers as he got ready to sing. Soon Ee's eyes wandered to the next room. One boy had both of the microphones in his hand, while the other sat and watched. The one sitting was shaking a tambourine as the other was singing as loudly as he can. She wished she could join them. They looked her own age, not as old as her brother and his friends. "Join them," Dong Wan's best friend nodded his head. "I can't, they'll think I'm weird," Soon Ee shook her head. "Whatever you say," he shrugged. "It's my turn!" Min Woo threw the tambourine on the couch as he grabbed the microphones from Hye Sung. Hye Sung picked up the tambourine as Min Woo chose a song. "Hm…I'm going to do First Love!" Min Woo grinned as he pressed the numbers. "That songs gay…" Hye Sung was about to press cancel. "No! It's my favorite song, let me sing it," Min Woo begged. "Fine, whatever," Hye Sung shrugged. Min Woo stood up and got ready to sing. "This song is dedicated to my one and only love…" Min Woo noticed the girl in the other room. She was with a bunch of guys, but she kept looking in their room. Min Woo wondered why, wasn't she happy with her group? "Nae so joong han chut sarang…" Min Woo looked for densely at the girl. She looked so familiar. "Stop staring, you're so rude!" Hye Sung cried out. Min Woo's eyes faced Hye Sung. "Yea," Min Woo continued to sing. Wait, could it be? That girl…she looked so familiar. The girl slowly went out of the room… "What are you staring at?" Hye Sung asked. Min Woo dropped both of the microphones. He ran out of the room as Hye Sung shrugged and chose a song for himself. Min Woo walked up to the girl. "Excuse me?" Min Woo tapped the girl. She girl turned around. "Yes?" "I'm sorry to be rude, but you look really familiar…" "Um, I do?" "Yes, are you…what is your name?" Min Woo asked. "Soon Ee, Kim Soon Ee," Soon Ee repeated her name. Min Woo looked disappointed. "Oh, you are not the person I was looking for, well, I'm sorry for bugging you," Min Woo went back to the room. Soon Ee watched him go in. Who was the girl he was looking for? "So, why did you just go up to that girl?" Hye Sung asked. "She looked so familiar. But she wasn't the one I was looking for…" "Oh." "I…I thought she was Sung Eun…" Min Woo mumbled. To Be Continued... ************************************************** |
